夷隅川ラグーンの潮の満ち引きの変化を見ながら、日々の流れとは異なる時間をお過ごし頂ける一棟貸しヴィラです 遠くまで広がるラグーンの風景、その先から聞こえる波の音、水上を通る心地よい風が重なり合いゆっくりとした贅沢な時間をお過ごしください 800平米の敷地に建つ3寝室と広いLDKからなる平屋の施設。リビングは2面が窓で構成されており、目の前に広がる庭やラグーンの風景を楽しめます。 80平米以上のウッドデッキでは、ハンモックやラウンジチェアでゆっくり時間を過ごす事ができます。また下段のウッドデッキはチャコールBBQグリルを置いてありご自由にお使いいただけます。 約300平米ほどの庭は芝生で覆われており、お子様も独り占めで走り周ることが出来ます。 オリンピックサーフィン会場の釣ヶ崎海岸サーフィンビーチや太東海水浴場まで車で10分ほどです。また徒歩数分で太平洋に接するビーチにつきます。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで26時間のロングステイが可能で2日間をゆったりとお過ごしください。 見た目の豪華さではなく時間の質を求める方であれば、お気に入りのリトリートになると思います。

If lunch looks up at the sky at the sound that birdsong and wind pass through the forest, the flame night when the open-air fire wavers in the voice of the insect at dusk in BGM, a star-filled sky waits for. 房総の小江戸と呼ばれる大多喜城下町通りにある京町家のような築100年以上たつ古民家です。 大多喜城（徳川家康四天王の１人本多忠勝十万石居城）、国指定重要文化財などが大切に保存され、千葉では珍しい古い城下町が広がり、懐かしさをそそります。 また一歩足を延ばすと、海あり山あり川遊びあり渓谷あり黒湯の温泉ありと絶好のロケーションになっています。(車で10分～30分圏内)房総の自然を満喫する拠点としてお使いいただけます。高滝湖のワカサギ釣りや、何十万年前の磁気の逆転、チバニアンは世界的に有名で、海からの地層が静かに隆起した地形にはとてつもなく長い時間とパワーを感じます。 当施設は、夷隅川を見下ろす場所に位置し、地盤は岩盤です。 お車でお越しの際は、圏央道　市原鶴舞ICから20分になります。 東京駅から大多喜まで高速バスで80分になります。 羽田空港から車で1時間弱、成田空港から車で1時間10分です。 最寄り駅は大多喜駅で、徒歩12分です。(いすみ鉄道脱線の影響により、一部区間はいすみ鉄道代行バスになります)

ここは、昭和初期に建てられたと思われる「とても古い建物」です。 かつては干物屋さん（Dried fish shop）だったとのこと。 奥行が長い長屋で、とても個性的な造りをしています。 玄関からすぐの土間、妙に小高い居間、急こう配の階段、少し傾いた2階など随所に光る不便さ。当時の面影を残しつつ、快適に過ごせるようリフォームしました。 宿の場所は勝浦朝市通りのすぐ裏、商店街の並びにあるので好立地。勝浦港まですぐなので、気軽に釣りにも行けますよ。朝は朝市でとれたて野菜や干物を買ったり、地元で有名なコーヒー屋さんで一休みしたり、近くのお寺巡りをしたり、千葉県最古の銭湯「松の湯」での入浴もおすすめ！近くの居酒屋もリーズナブルでいい雰囲気のお店が色々あります。勝浦タンタン麺もお試しあれ！ 勝浦中央海水浴場までは徒歩７分 近くのスーパーは「ベイシア」車で4分 近くのコンビニは「セブンイレブン」徒歩5分 勝浦駅は徒歩9分 よろしければ、お気に入り登録してくださいね♪
