It is a really nice place, modern and safe (two big lovely dogs inside the fence, won't bother you). I came with friends and we had a great time there. Although the isolation is not very good, we could feel the wind through the windows and doors but there is aircon in every room :)

We had a wonderful stay at Olyf Guesthouse! The cottage was cozy, beautifully designed, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub, and the outdoor space was peaceful and inviting. Communication was clear and timely, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our visit. Highly recommend for a quiet, comfortable stay in Bloemfontein!

Suchte ein unabhängiges Cottage inmitten eines Wüstengefühls mit dem herzlichsten Sternenhimmel und sicheren Nachtspaziergängen hier.... ich vergesse diese intensiv erlebt Zeit nie mit so freundlichen Mitarbeitern und Zandre, der so entspannt ist und alle Wünsche möglich macht, auch nicht seinen Tipps für Trips. Sampie's place was as described and more. It is located right on the Kavango River which flows majestically right under the deck we spent a lot of time on. The facilities are perfect for large family groups, even though we were just the two of us, we could imagine families really making the most of this stunning place. There is a swimming pool to keep the kids occupied and a TV with multiple channels, Netflix and the the like. The wifi is good. The standout for us was the shower!! It was stunning. If you are visiting this western end of the Caprivi Strip, we highly recommend Sampie's place. We would also like to mention that the kitchen was very well equipped, with everything one would need for self catering. Johannes and his wife were also fabulous, making sure we were well looked after and the venues were kept in order. Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay.

This is a hidden gem within the Stormberg. It has all the amenities you can wish for as well as a beautiful view. The cottage is beautifully decorated with a large bathroom. Everything you need is there. Kim is definitely a superhost, communicating with us regularly before, during and after the visit and sent very good instructions to find the route to the cottage. We had milk, tea, coffee and lovely rusks waiting for us when we arrived. The cottage has a beautiful setting overlooking a dam and part of the mountain. We are not fishermen but enjoyed the scenery, the birding both on the farm and the adjacent farm roads. We spent a peaceful old (2021) and new year (2022) at the cottage with only the occasional bird checking in. This is definitely the place to go if you want to rest and enjoy nature. We took long walks on the farm but it definitely also has cycling possibilities. A place to add to your itinerary.

Ian and Katrin were very friendly hosts and helped to point out places worth visiting. We were fascinated by the village and the surroundings, and the villagers were pleasant and courteous. Allemanns huisie is good for a one night or short stay

Lovely central location close to all the restaurants, beautiful art collection, comprehensive book collection and toys for children to play with.

Carla was a fantastic host, clear check in instructions with helpful information about things to do and see. The house was a charming old space with a feast of art and books. The garden is a magical space and the outdoor shower is a must. The house is in the perfect location and walking distance to everything in the charming town.

Great place if you come with a pet. Friendly hosts. Highly recommended

Staying at Heike's place was a pleasure. The interior is nice and every room has its own bathroom. There is a nice outdoors sitting and barbeque area with great views. We enjoyed chatting with Heike, who was very nice, and they pointed us towards a nice local restaurant as well which was great :) Would stay again!

Beautiful air bnb, much more spacious than I expected! The host was very responsive and the location was perfect for game drives in Pilansberg. Would 100% recommend!

The Dusty Vine is a beautifully and delicately restored old tuinhuis, boasting national monument status. The restoration work is exceptional, blending the old-world character with modern comfort seamlessly. A highlight for us were the very tastefully, modern renovated bathrooms and updated kitchen boasting everything you could need for a self catering option. The property includes a lovely cottage as a second en-suite bedroom, connected to the main house through a wonderful central courtyard. If you're planning a stay in Philippolis, The Dusty Vine is a definite must. It offers a unique experience of history, comfort, and tranquility. Highly recommended!

Debbie was a great host.that gave clear instructions. She upgraded our stay due to some storms in the area causing a power outage. Linen was soft and very cosy, even with it snowing outside. We had a lovely stay and will be back to explore Loxton properly.

Essa é a segunda vez que estou com o Santi, e como sempre maravilhoso, super limpo e a simpatia e cordialidade são enormes. Recomendo, e retornaria quantas vezes necessário passar pelo trecho de Ghanzi.
