Nacka Municipality : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Un bon rapport qualité prix pour séjourner dans la capitale suédoise en famille. Nous étions une famille avec 3 enfants : le logement était parfait pour nous. Il est situé à 8 mins du métro (terminus de la ligne 17) et à 3 mins d'un supermarché ICA. Dans la résidence, il y a un terrain de basket et des jeux pour enfants (ce qui était excellent pour nous). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité des bois et avons même aperçu une biche lors d'une sortie running. Johanna a été très accommodante nous laissant check out tardivement et nous a aidé à utiliser la laverie de la résidence ! Merci pour tout !

Thank you Linda. Great host and very communicative / responsive. Her place was very clean. Easy 5-7min walk to the subway. Parking outside was 60 SEK per day and easy to find a spot. Linda was also flexible to help us extend our stay by a day, which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Nathalie is a great host. Loved the neighborhood. Her place is very cozy and close to amenities and the bus stop.

Le logement deJenny est idéalement placé pour visiter Stockholm et partir découvrir l’archipel de Stockholm. Par ailleurs l’appartement est très calme, très bien équipé pour faire la et la literie est confortable Très bonne adresse ! Merci Jenny!

The apartment is located close to a tram which brings you to Stockholm. There are a few shops nearby, if you have a car. Parking is tricky. It is free but you cannot park there longer than 24h, you need to change place. The apartment itself is a bit small. It has enough beds but lacks other spaces. To sum up, it’s worth money if you come there only to eat and sleep or you travel with 1-2 people.

Wir hatten 5 sehr schöne Tage in Stockholm und den Schären. Tommy und Maria waren sehr nette Gastgeber, die Einliegerwohnung ist sehr freundlich, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage in Boo ist gut in einem adretten Wohngebiet. Das Auto konnten wir am Haus parken und haben die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (ab Haltestelle Tunvägen) genutzt. Ca. 45min in die Innenstadt (Slussen etc.). Via Saltsjökvarn auch mit dem Pendelboot gut nach Djurgarden oder in die Schären. Empfehlenswert!

Flott, stor og pen leilighet. Hadde alt vi trengte. Hadde koselige frokoster i vinterhagen. Båt og togtransport til byen innen kort avstand. Fredelige og rolige omgivelser. Hyggelig og lett kommunikasjon med verten. Gav virkelig inntrykk av at han ønskte at vi skulle kose oss i leiligheten og på stedet. Kan anbefalest.

Ett komplett boende där allt vi behövde fanns. Trevligt bemötande, smidigt med in-och utcheckning och extra plus för laddmöjlighet för vår elbil. Sköna sängar, bra utrustat kök och badrum. Det enda som saknades var en belyst spegel i badrummet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Natur and City passt perfekt zu dieser schönen Unterkunft. Mann lernt Stockholm von einer ganz anderen Seite kennen, mit Natur und See. Das Zentrum ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar und dauert ca 20min.

This house has an amazing view that beats anything plus a great sauna (you pay an 500kr extra for each sauna occasion). Very clean and classic furniture. Kitchen super well equipped. Rooms feel large. Just a superb place if you are looking for privacy and stunning view. Will come again!

We had a fantastic stay in this cosy and beautiful home. The view was stunning and it was great to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Communication with Susanne was perfect and public transport to the city/airport very easy. We can definitely recommend it.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem roten Haus von Viveka und Adde. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus eignet sich prima um Stockholm zu besuchen (gute Busverbindung in die Stadt). Nach einem spannenden Tag in Stockholm freut man sich abends in die ruhige Umgebung des roten Hauses zurück zu kehren und vielleicht noch schnell vom naheliegenden Steg ins Wasser zu springen. Restaurant-Empfehlumg: The old Smokehouse (nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom roten Haus). Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Viveka und Adde war perfekt; proaktiv, schnell und sehr freundlich :-)

Most homely Airbnb and well worth the stay over the new year. It was comfortable, cozy and well equipped kitchen that we could make some nice Quiche and Swedish food(for our friend's first visit to Sweden). Went around the city for turist location, including Sci-Fi Bookstore. When we didn't go out, we stayed to play some board games and enjoying the cozy home. Downstairs's bathroom was wonderful to do morning routine, including the Sauna! Easy travel to Central using tunnel tram nearby. Stores nearby if we needed to buy anything we're missing. Calm & low activity on noise. Great respons from host, if had any questions. Instructions sent in .PDF during our stay. Would 100% stay in this lovely house again!

Outstanding property with brilliant hosts. Very responsive to messages and incredibly kind people. Property was in a really quiet area but able to get around and into the city easily (25mins)

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus von Elin und Johan. Die Kommunikation war tadellos , immer schnell erreichbar und wir konnten spontan um eine Nacht verlängern. Der Außen-Pool war das highlight und der Whirlpool war ebenfalls super. Die Lage perfekt ruhig und trotzdem mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Stockholm. Per Boot geht aber auch. Anlegestelle nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Küchengeräte soweit alle vorhanden , nur den Wasserkocher haben wir nicht gefunden , hatten aber auch den eigenen mit :-) Jeden morgen konnten wir draußen frühstücken mit Blich auf die Schären mit den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Very pleased with our trip to Fredrik’s. Property was clean and homely, whilst our host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend for those visiting Stockholm.

It was like a home from home, extremely comfortable and they were very helpful telling us about public transport and the local supermarket. They met us on arrival even though it was evening by the time we arrived and they went out of their way to make sure that we were well settled in and were able to access the WiFi. The perfect hosts.

Wir wollten in der Stadt wohnen und dennoch im Grünen und ruhig. Genau das haben wir bei Hanna gefunden. Im Sommer muss der große Garten toll sein. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man in weniger als 30 min in der Stadt. Überhaupt ist der ÖPNV in Stockholm fantastisch! Hanna und ihre Mutter sind großartige Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Eliad was a perfect host! Communication was smooth, instructions given were clear! The accommodation was wonderful, right next to transport and the bedding was incredible. I would recommend!

The location was perfect. Taby was really peaceful and there was a big mall to buy ingredients of food and other things also. The room was clean and cooking tools were enough to use.

La signora nadja e il signor Thomas sono degli host ottimi, l'appartamento era migliore delle foto con una terrazza con una vista unica, comodo a tutto e ordinato. Super disponibili e gentili entrambi, spero di rivivere un'esperienza cosi.

Beautiful, clean flat with excellent views of Stockholm. Bedroom was a bit hot so would recommend a fan. Host was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who visits Stockholm!

We had an amazing stay! My friends and I booked very last minute, but our host went above and beyond to get everything ready in time for our arrival. The house was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials — we even appreciated being able to use the spices in the cupboards. The location was super convenient and easy to get to, which made the whole experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!
