Kandy Residence - Καλλιθέα, Ρέθυμνο (free parking)

Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 από τους ιδιοκτήτες Μανώλη και Βίκυ με πολύ γούστο και βρίσκεται στην πόλη Ρέθυμνο, στην περιοχή Καλλιθέα. Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια. Η απόσταση από την παλιά πόλη του Ρεθύμνου είναι περίπου 2 χιλιόμετρα, όπου μπορείτε να δείτε τη διατηρημένη πόλη, καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και όλα τα αξιοθέατα.

Kick back and relax at Mello House. This calming home is designed specifically for two people to enjoy a sense of seclusion in a private and inspiring landscape of olive trees whilst being close to surrounding villages and amenities. For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

A spacious 70m² apt. located in the center of the pedestrian promenade, where the old town meets the sandy beach of Rethymno. One of the 3 restored apts of my family's residence (1895) with unobstructed sea views of the venetian port and marina. At walking distance from the residence you can visit historic sites of Rethymno (Rimondi fountain, mosques, old churches, Venetian houses), wander around the stone paved alleys of the old town, discover romantic cafes and the finest restaurants in town.

Kitchen and living room are not separated by any wall and this creates an open and comfortable environment. We grow our food in an organic way and we have 8 chickens and 2 goats, which provide us with fresh milk and eggs every day. So don't waste your time in crowded resorts and boring apartments. Agapi's Home

Agapi's home, which is about 64 sqm, is located in a private area inside a canyon full of green. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. The outdoor space of 150 sqm contain a barbeque, and an oven. An olive which covers with it's shade enough area of the yard allows the guest to eat their meals outside while enjoying the beauty of nature and the silence, without nonody disturbing him.The guest can also taste the products that we produce as well as our wine, olive oil and raki.
