Joanna's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay and Joanna and her husband were very responsive and friendly. We recommend it.

My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely flat. It was situated in an ideal location for both the Hoe/seafront and the city centre. The flat was well equipped and warm and the parking space was a real bonus. William was attentive , asking us if we had arrived safely and if everything was okay. He responded immediately when we had a minor problem. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Thank you, we will be visiting again.

We have just returned from a wonderful four night relaxing stay at "Waves"The apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated with some lovely personal touches and the welcome treats were much appreciated.Immaculately clean and extremely well equipped.Emma is a very welcoming and generous host.From our initial contact, prior to arrival and throughout our stay Emma was always very responsive.Excellent recommendations on where to visit and eat in the local area, and we definitely felt that Emma wants to ensure that her guests have the best time possible. Stoke Fleming is a beautiful, friendly village and an ideal base for exploring further afield, so if you are planning a trip in this part of Devon we have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation, it was just perfect Thank you again Emma for making our trip so enjoyable!

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

We had a fantastic stay at Picklecombe Fort. The views were spectacular, as everyone says. We arrived in the rain & wind but nothing dampened our spirits as we gazed out from the truly cosy apartment to the mesmerising view. Over the next days it brightened up, so we were able to sit on the private balcony, and enjoy looking over to Kingsand & Cawsand. The coastal path is close at hand and we would recommend the Cawsand ferry over to Plymouth for a little wander. The facilities were excellent, bed very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Thank you Tiffany for hosting and your friendly messages. We would love to come back again to explore more of the surrounding area. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

This property was clean, bright and pleasant to be in. The beds were comfortable and we loved the spacious shower. The house was tucked away and was notably quiet even though surrounded by other properties. It was nice to have my car right outside the front door. Reversing out was a challenge for me but doable!

we really enjoyed our stay in Plymouth, great location near the train station. enormous house, all of the rooms were big and comfortable and well stocked kitchen of utensils and crockery. Matthew was responsive and friendly - thanks very much!

We travelled down to Plymouth for my dad's funeral and hotel prices where crazy expensive. Saw The squirrels on here and it was perfect for 7 of us and out little dog. It was easy to get to with the sat nav. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden too. definitely got some decor inspo. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Plymouth for a visit. We would definitely stay again for our next visit for a happier purpose. Thanks Daryl for being a great host.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Jenny's place is lovely. Although we didn't realise there were steps up to the house we got around this as our son proved able to climb the steps

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. See you again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment is lovely - modern and very spacious. We loved the open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The location is amazing, 8 minute walk to The Barbican area and a couple of minutes from a well stocked Tesco Express. James provided excellent information regarding how to self check in and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb, thanks James!

The apARTment exceeded our expectations! Absolutely beautiful decor and fabulous art works throughout. Super comfortable the apartment has everything you need to an extremely high standard. We were welcomed by Simon and Theresa had made lemon drizzle cake and left a lovely welcome card and there was a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge with complimentary fresh milk and orange juice in mini school bottles too, a lovely touch. The views are stunning and the garden you have access to also down to the Summerhouse are all beautiful and a true work of love! We hope we will return again and can't recommend highly enough especially for comfort, relaxation and to truly unwind - the balcony is great for an aperitif and coffee in the morning from the Nespresso coffee maker, perfect, perfect, perfect! I had a really lovely stay in Totnes, Tom and Becky were great hosts and gave loads of recommendations for food, shopping and things to do. The flat itself was beautiful and made for a really relaxing stay, it had everything I needed. The location was also great, I arrived by train and everything was within walking distance and easy to get to. I’d love to stay again!

Louise was a lovely host! Her instructions for check in/check out were extremely accurate. We felt at home in this spacious, very clean, comfortable spacious apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans dishes/cutlery to make and serve your own meals. The delicious olive oil and coffee provided were a very nice touch. Thank you Louise, we will be back!

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

The host is very understanding, chill and just wants the guests to have a good time visiting the beautiful city of Plymouth. The home was fully equipped with dishes and there was a Nespresso machine and teabags as well as some sugar and milk sachets. There were also enough supplies such as detergent pods and dishwashing liquid and shampoo and shower gel! The host had thought about everything to ensure a comfortable stay. It was indeed very chic and very cozy and Richard was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had! I highly recommend this Airbnb if you visit Plymouth- it ticks all the boxes! I was very wary of airbnbs before staying at the chic apartment but I am so glad I chose to stay here for my first time visiting Plymouth. Although the hotels might have cost a little less it would have been very inconvenient and not as welcoming! The apartment is also very secure and safe in my opinion. I am definitely returning and I genuinely and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

Lovely flat and location was great. Host very proactive. There is a lovely fish restaurant a stones throw from the property.
