Our stay was both memorable and enjoyable. They location was perfect for our fun friend getaway.

Nice, quiet, clean place for a nice weekend getaway! It rained most of the time we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities. Host sent detailed instructions beforehand so didn’t have to contact them for anything. The host did need to stop by and check on something outside but communicated this before just showing up. Overall, great stay!

We had an excellent stay! The hot tub was nice and the view exceptional, considering how close you were to town, yet you still felt like you were in the country. The home was a little old fashioned with a bit of an older smell. Very spacious, open concept, accommodations are great! Thank you for an excellent weekend stay.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The house is in a convenient location that also happens to be beautiful, on the Muskingum River, with hills rising to the east and west. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and couches comfortable, the house immaculate, and the hosts responsive to our requests. No complaints whatsoever.

We had a nice relaxing time at the cabin. They must have put a lot of time and money into the place because it had all the amenities. Thank you very much!

The Caretakers Cottage is in a peaceful quiet area. A few stores and restaurants are within 2 miles or less. It’s 5 miles from the corporate limits, where there are your typical chain stores and restaurants. By Googling, you can find some very unique eateries, such as Bryan’s Place and The Bistro. The hospitality of Joseph and Todd combined with that of those 2 establishments made an out of towner feel more than right at home! With a trip to some stores to buy what you want to cook either outside or inside, you don’t have to go anywhere! You can just have a relaxing vacation! This place is absolutely amazing inside.! Beautiful wood! Top of the line everything! Wi Fi throughout. Cable TV for the 3 TVs including the one in the nicely furnished living room. A very modern kitchen, with everything you need and more! The bathroom, with it’s high tech washer and dryer. Upstairs, extremely comfy beds (TVs there) Stay in a hotel plus meals out? Why? You break even in an incredible place!

If it were possible, I would give it a rating of 100. Everything was so wonderful that we immediately planned when we could come back again! Special thanks to the farm owners, I was honored to meet wonderful and kind people. They did everything they could to make sure we had fond memories!

This was our second time staying and it was wonderful! I have no complaints…The space was perfect, the location was close to everything and it was clean and it felt like home away from home! Thanks Kate!

The cabin was the perfect retreat for my boyfriend and I. It was cozy and had great views out the windows. We enjoyed the expansive view on the front porch and the wooded side lot, both at the dining table or hanging out in the yard itself. Zero neighbors or traffic noise, just some cattle in the distance. Zanesville was what brought us into town and was just a 30 min drive to get to our favorite restaurant in town, Muddy Misers. Otherwise we cooked and relaxed at the cabin. We had everything we needed to grill and cook our meals.
