This home allowed space and bedrooms for our large family ~ we were attending our GVSU daughter’s college graduation and nurse pinning ceremony. Every room in the home was clean, there was plenty of space for us to spread out and get together to play board games. My granddaughters loved the arcade games. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen offered all the basics kitchen necessities. Our granddaughters even got their grandfather to jump in the pool with them! we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. If you’re looking for a place to get your family together and hang out, don’t look any further.

This air bnb truly is a gem. 10-15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, large driveway for all 10 of us guests. The place itself is pristine and excellent for hanging out - nice sized bedrooms, two quieter, more private bedrooms in the basement (which was great for those of us with babies), wonderful open entertaining area with bar x living room type space, and the backyard is awesome too (fire pit, hot tub, pool). Cannot say enough good things about this home.

Comfortable stay for 15 people. Nice area. Great big back porch which was nice during the day and evening. Would highly recommend this place to stay. So many kitchen appliances. Lots of towels and beach towels. Fully furnished.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very updated, the living space on the main floor is an open concept, which was great with a large group. Chelsie was a wonderful host, very responsive with returning my messages prior to booking, and she checked in with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and asking if we had any questions about anything during our visit. Every little detail was perfect, having shampoo & conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker in the shower, cards and games for us to use, these are just a few of the examples. We felt so at home here. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids not far from downtown, and you are looking for a place that feels like home- this is the one! So many restaurants, bars, and things to do near by. We hope to visit again in the summer months so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor patio area and of course the pool. Everyone in our group loved it here!

What a little gem of a place! Truly was an enjoyable place to stay and met all our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months when you can take advantage of all the amenities like the beautiful in ground pool in the backyard.

In town for a wedding 3 miles away so was ideal location for our family. A lot of space! Pretty surroundings especially once summer gets underway.

The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Very clean, comfortable linen, plenty of towels (including beach towels). So nice of them to let us use the bikes and extra beach accessories, including a push-wagon that was perfect to take the baby to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of great quality and new. The dryer is old and makes a huge noise (a note on top of it warned us), so I suggest to turn it on when everyone is either awake or away. The neighborhood is residential and very friendly and quiet. There’s a nice park within a short walk. The beach is beautiful and also within walking or biking distance. We chose to drive to the farthest point of the beach where there are bathrooms, a snack shack and a nice and fun restaurant. It is paid parking (May-Sept). The hosts were super helpful and responded any questions quickly. We certainly recommend the place!

Nice, clean, clutter free space. The Wi-Fi is not great. We would stay there again.

This was such a lovely home and I’m so glad I found it. The neighborhood is beautiful - you can tell the homeowners care about their homes and that added to the comfort I felt in this location. Lauren’s home is bright, welcoming and has everything you could need. I very much appreciated the variety and volume of k-cups! It may seem a little thing but so often places don’t have enough. And we love our morning coffee. ☺️The beds are comfortable, the location is quiet and you’re close to the lake. Lauren left clear instructions and check out was a breeze. Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

Our stay was perfect! Just what we were looking for. The home was cozy, incredibly clean, had everything we needed and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood!

Jon was an excellent host! The house is beautiful and the property is even more so. We got to sit out back and watch all the wildlife (birds, woodpecker, deer, etc). It was the perfect place to have our friends gather and spend quality time. Would defiantly recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable. we felt like we were at home. the ac and heater both work great. the bed is amazingly comfortable, makes it hard to get up! 10/10 stay we WILL be back.

Quiet and easy to get to. Had things to do in GR, but was nice to escape to a more peaceful setting.

Exactly as described. The location was ideal - We loved being able to walk for ice cream and to coffee shops. Our grandson enjoyed discovering the “hidden” board games and really enjoyed the air hockey and foosball. The hot tub was a nice perk. Jessica was very good at keeping in touch. We have only good things to say about our stay. Such a cute little place and a lot of homey touches - even fully stocked Keurig bar.

CLEAN, charming & homey property filled with beautiful pottery and wonderful amenities. Maryanne is a superstar communicating. My morning coffee experience on her porch swing with coffee and a scone, listening to the Irish Festival music, will be memory bank forever. Magical!

This place was exactly what I was looking for 4 bedrooms for 4 couples. This house was very clean and fresh smelling. We were 40 minutes from the Silverback sand dunes and we really had a good time there also. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Alicia's place is a wonderful place where our family loves to stay! There is lots to do near this location and her house is perfect. We especially love the hot tub!
