There is a large garden with covered BBQ, private parking for 5 cars; the beach from the Soca-river is on a 5 minute walk.

Divided over 3 floors there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a terrace on the sunny side and 2 balconies. On the down floor there is a large kitchen with dining place. From the kitchen you come in the garden with seats and a stone table. All floors have airconditioning.
