Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. There is also a coffee machine and a refrigerator. - train station 2 min. (tram), 5 min. (by foot) - exhibition square 10 min. (tram) - city centre 8 min. (tram), 15 min. (by foot)

The appartment is located at Dreispitz in Basel. The tram only takes 7 minutes to the main station which is very central in the city. You will find a bakery in the building to get breakfast. Groceries stores are only 1 tram stop or 5 minutes walk away. The appartments highlight is the surrounding balconys. You can see Basel and surroundings. There is also a very big rooftop terasse which can be used for bbq. Incuded is also a indoor parking spot which can be used free of charge at your own risk

So haben die Gäste Kontakt zu mir und meiner Familie, können aber auch für sich sein. Sie geniessen die Morgensonne und die Abendsonne mit Aussicht über die Gärten. Die Wohnung ist auch ideal, wenn man eine vorübergehende Wohnmöglichkeit braucht.

Nutze das Studio für deine Zecke, entspanne dich nach getaner Arbeit im von Bäumen eingesäumten ruhigen Hinterhof, oder geniesse deine Ferientage in der Peripherie von Basel. Mit dem Tram bist du in 12 Min im Stadtzentrum, Badeplätze an der Birs oder am Rhein befinden sich in einer Gehdistanz von 5-10 Minuten.
