This apartment is in the sought after Empire building on the famous Muizenberg beachfront. It's on the first floor facing the sea with great views. There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite and sliding doors out onto the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is finished to a high standard. One of the best in the block! Muizenberg is a very cool area, with great restaurants and bars. So you can enjoy your night after a long day at the surf school.

We have just added a strong inverter and batteries to the establishment. This provides power back up during load shedding.

You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the people, the views and it's pretty interior. It's completely self contained, including a washing machine..
