Everything was very good. This place is paradise !!!

The location is great. We enjoyed the wonderful view from the terrace and at the same time it was like 15mins walk to the center

We had an amazing time at the hotel, it was such a beautiful location with perfect access to both Gumbet and Bodrum Old Town! The pictures don’t do it justice - it is so nice and you get an amazing view of the bay, the sea, the mountains and the sunset behind them! It is on a hill so has great views even from the ground floor / pool and also provides enough of a walk to burn off all the lovely food / drinks you can have nearby, but there is a taxi rank right next door which is also perfect for getting in if you want quick access to the towns. We were put in the wrong room for the first night but the guys at reception were super understanding and put us in the right room as soon as possible and even refunded the first night super proactively. They were so nice to us so can’t speak highly enough, they even gave us plastic cups etc so we could drink beers next to the pool. There was even a nice local who chucked us a pomegranate from his tree downstairs. Lovely place, I’ll be back!

Nice and calm, the swimming pool was recently redone, the grounds are well kept. The apartment itself is simple and functional, it fits a family of 5 easily. A good pick in this price range.

das apartment war schön, es gab einen pool . die lage war gut und ruhig ab und zu mal hat man von anderen hotels etwas lautes musik gehört aber nicht jeden tag. zum strand sind wir ca.10min gelaufen. war ok. das zimmer war schön geräumig und sauber. für die klimaanlage muss man extra wenn man es benutzen möchte zahlen. wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Umut bey harika bir ev sahibi.Rahatlığımız için herşeyi düşünmüş.Ev,mutfak malzemeleri,çarşaflar,yastıklar,havlular tertemizdi.Sohbeti harika mükemmel bir ev sahibi.Her şey için çok ama çok teşekkür ederim Umut bey. Sizin ile tanıştığıma çok memnun oldum.Seneye tekrardan görüşmek üzere.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt . Alles war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Auf dem Gelände war auch ein total lieber Hund der die ganze Zeit auf uns aufgepasst hat 🥹 . Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen ! Die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief reibungslos und der Check in ebenso.

Meine Freundin und ich sind sehr zufrieden! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Gesamtkonzept der Unterkunft beginnend mit einem sehr schönen Design, einer bemerkenswerten Gastfreundlichkeit und einer ausgesprochenen Zuvorkommenheit haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Es wurde deutlich, dass alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgearbeitet und gestaltet wurde. Die Serviceorientiertheit hat letztlich zu einem sehr individuellen und entspannten Urlaub geführt. Die Unterkunft ist fünf Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Es war sehr ruhig, so dass wir gut entspannen konnten. Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Deshalb möchte ich mich bei Gizem und Ihrem gesamten Team ganz herzlich bedanken.

Anna is very friendly , she was there for us whenever we asked her of anything . the flat is just perfect with a very nice swimming pool . the kitchen is nice as well equipped . i’d say the only disadvantage was a lack of iron and the internet was a bit slow . Kayakoy is very quiet and beautiful yet a little far from Oludeniz and Fethyie ‘ i’d recommend renting a car ‘ . if i to go to Kayakoy again , then definitely i’d pick the same place without hesitation . Ev görsellerde göründüğü gibiydi ihtiyacımız olan çoğu şey mevcuttu. Herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda hızlı cevap verip hemen yardımcı oldular. Ev oldukça temizdi görünen görünmeyen hiçbir yerde toz bile yoktu. Havuzun derinliği ve temizliği güzeldi. Bahçedeki köpekler çok tatlıydı eğer köpekten korkuyorsanız bile asla rahatsız edecek şekilde değil rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz. Kayaköy konum olarak yolları çok virajlı ama ölüdenize ve merkeze yakın olması bunu göz ardı ettiriyor. Kayaköyün kendi içersinde de birçok restaurant var konaklama için tercih edebilirsiniz. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Ev resimdekilerden çok daha güzel temiz ve geniş. Eşsiz doğanın içinde mis gibi çam kokusuyla güne başlıyorsunuz ve evin bulunduğu nokta birçok plaj ve koy'a yakın mesafede.Ayrica Ceyhun bey ve Eşi Anna Hanıma misafir perverlikleri için teşekkür ediyorum ileride tekrar Fethiyeye gidersem mutlaka kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Bir gece sadece uyumak için burayı tercih ettim uygun fiyatı ile tam karşılığını verdi temiz ve düzenli konumu güzel

这个房子有一个小花园，风景确实很不错，然后出去的路也很美，都很适合拍照，周围有便利店，房东和当地的人态度都很不错，我一开始没有找到路还帮我指路，当天晚上因为一些原因到的有点晚了，然后房东还在屋子里面等我们还帮我们贴心送上了被子和褥子，房间里阳光很好，温度也很适宜，还比较干净，就是离那个巴station有一点远，但是出门可以坐Mini bus，总之还比较推荐。

Everything was just great. It was definitely worth the money. The pool is nearby, a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The Internet was very weak, but as I understand it, the active tourist part of Turkey has not yet taken care of this. There was no point in bothering the host, nothing can be done about it, fortunately we had mobile Internet. Noisy music from 9 pm to midnight in the bar under the house was very annoying, but if you walk until late, for you this will most likely not be a problem. Of course, it would be good to replace the frying pan, unfortunately, it was not possible to cook anything on it after the first unsuccessful experience, in general, this is also not a problem, since basically everything is aimed at tourists who visit restaurants nearby. The location is next to the sea, the host was always in touch and helped answering questions. A beach without hotel sun loungers can also be found nearby, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
