great place if you dont need to be close to the beach any way a 5 min with a cab or a scooter and you are there , rooms where clean , the pool and the sauna are also nice , you have everything the you need really close , i could only recommend it. thanks for a great place to stay.

Appartement très propre, et très fonctionele, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Accès à la piscine, sauna, salle de sport… tout est parfais et vous avez une vu magnifique sur la ville. Les photos correspondes tout à fais. Je recommande à 100%

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur wunderbar! Eine absolute Premium Unterkunft. Absolut sauber, sehr modern, fantastische Ausstattung und das Bett ist einfach nur himmlisch! Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und alles ist in alle Richtungen erreichbar. Wow! Sehr toll. Ich habe mich verliebt.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, vom 16. bis 25. Mai 2025 in diesem hervorragend ausgestatteten Condo zu übernachten – und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Qualität des Zimmers war überdurchschnittlich: modern, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt – von der durchdachten Ausstattung bis zur angenehmen Atmosphäre fühlte man sich sofort wohl. Auch die Lage ist ideal – 400m vom Strand. Die angrenzende Straße nervt geringfügig, sobald die Fenster zu sind oder man zum Strand hin auf dem Balkon ist, hört man sie aber nicht mehr. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß oder mit kurzen Fahrten erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit Stephan und seinem Team. Der Kontakt war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig – so wünscht man sich das! Insgesamt ein rundum stimmiges Erlebnis. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Our group of ten had the most unforgettable stay at this exceptional pool villa in Pattaya! Our host was simply outstanding — incredibly polite, highly responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and worry-free. Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. One of the most amazing Airbnbs. 1. Location: around 1km from pattaya beach, this is perfect for being close to all facilities as well as a private and quite location to ensure a good sleep. 2. Entire apartment is spotless and pristine. 3. I would select Dr. Supot's properties every time without giving a second thought. 4. Hosts commucate well proactively ensuring a smooth checkin and checkout process.

Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠
