Everything about this place was great. The place itself is spotless modern with a terrific view. Great location close to beach restaurants and bars, a well as a wide variety of shopping options. It comes up as a location on the ‘Suntransfer taxi’ website so transport from airport and back is free of hassle.

Honestly the best Air BNB service I have ever received. Host gave us all the local hot spots, he set up arrangement of mopeds at a discount compared to in town. If we wanted food he had it delivered for no charge, gave us drinks for free, massages for only 600 Baht thru a local place. The service I received was unparalleled. The view is beautiful and it’s a short moped ride to the town and it’s super quiet here. He answered our text and had food or drinks delivered at all hours. Very top notch service.

Super location, spacious house, really great kitchen and pool. Quiet and serene and walking distance to some beach clubs and restaurants.

Govert is a great host. Because I cannot take the heat that well I wish there was air conditioning in the living space area. Great place. Pool was nice. Amazing view.

It was great to stay with Ruddy, we had our own bedroom above the restaurant with a massive double bed. Everything was super clean on arrival and it felt very luxurious. He gave great recommendations of things to do in Phuket and on the nearby islands. The room is very larger and the pictures don't quite to that justice! The bed was super comfortable and we felt very safe there. The main town of Phuket is only a cab drive away so if you have the grab app this will be just over 200b per trip.

Perfect villa, great aircon throughout and super large bed! Beach literally a few steps away and lovely local restaurant very near to the villa if we didn’t want to walk into the village. The beach is great too and we found it was not very busy. Steep hill (which we knew about) to the village but the steep bit is actually not much of a distance. All in all, for us it was excellent!

The home is gorgeous and modern. The home is equipped with everything you need. The different levels gave everyone their own private space and we were all able to come together in the living area. The outdoor pool and sitting area is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough about the concierge team. They were all amazing! Someone in our group was searching for a specific Thai Dessert and they were able to get it delivered the next day. We couldn’t get to a fruit stand after they opened up and the ladies made an extra stop to pick some up and delivered it to us. My husband got very sick and they coordinated transportation from where we were to the hospital, where they already had him registered. We are so very grateful to have picked such an amazing home with the most wonderful team to help make our stay that much more meaningful. We would definitely book this home again the next time we are in Phuket!!!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollen Gartenplatz mit Pool.

The first thing I would say is about the host, she will reply anytime of the day or even late night, and will be very helpful!!! The apartment is large and comfortable, The building garden and pull are well kept and look great! All people living in the block are so friendly, it’s so peaceful and quite. Kalim beach is just a cross the street less than a minute walk and always has people in there so you can just relax In there from morning till late night, if you want to walk to the main Patong beach it’s about 7 minute walk, Shops like 7 -11, a pharmacy, restaurants etc are just a minute walk from the apartment, If you stay in this apartment you are in Patong but you feel as if you are far from Patong and have a private beach, Security guard at the entrance is so friendly. Etc etc etc….. I can continue to write more and more…. We were so sad to leave, we felt at home and we loved the area. We hope to be back. Thanks to our great host again.

Was a very peaceful place with a beautiful view. You literally can step off of the porch into the water during high tide. I highly recommend having a masseuse and chef come in during your stay. Well worth it and part of the whole experience and vibe. For those that need their rooms freezing, this may not be the place for you. The AC works fine and kept the place at a cool 20 degrees (72 Fahrenheit). Remember this is a beachfront villa, we had the glass doors open and enjoyed the breeze and short rain showers. Very cozy and so so quiet, definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away. Some stores and restaurants nearby and easy to get rides when you want/need them. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

Ich bin so froh konnten wir verlängern in dieser großartigen Unterkunft. Wir haben von A bis Z alles genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Ettiene war großartig! Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns weitergeholfen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen! Ein absoluter Traum! Ich komme wieder.

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

Amazing views and walkable to the little restaurants on the beach. Surasa was kind enough to arrange early morning transportation upon check out. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the beautiful views and spacious layout. The water, fruit and breakfast items provided were a nice touch. While the space had a bit of wear and tear it did not detract from a beautiful stay. Note that the electricity fees must be paid in cash. I recommend a stop to the ATM before checkout. Great stay!

The property is nice and private which we needed for our honeymoon, the pool was the main star of the show which almost made going to the beach a chore for how good it was. Selly is a amazing host who is super responsive and kind so you wont have any issues if you book with her. The place itself is near kata market which has loads of food and the kata beach. (Halal options aswell). Word of advice in regards to the property is that its situated on a steep hill, its not a crazy walk but if you struggle to walk generally its something worth thinking about otherwise for everyone else the walk might be good to burn the calories from the amazing food nearby. There is everything you need nearby (Cafe, 7/11, food court, activity booking place, fruits) All in all I would recommend as the area itself is quiet but close to the main hub.

A perfect place to stay 5 minutes walk to Naiharn Beach. I have happily stayed here several times. If you can secure a flat not on the ground floor it is much sunnier. Rates go up considerably from November 1st until the end of high season.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus bot alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Umi war sehr aufmerksam und antwortete schnell auf Fragen. Die Ebbe und die Flut liess sich vom Balkon aus gut beobachten und war eindrücklich. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und den Rawai Peer in Gehdistanz. Leider ist der Rawai Beach nicht so sauber und eignete sich für uns nicht zum baden. Hierfür sind wir an einen der nahe gelegenen Strände gefahren, welche in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto / Roller zu erreichen sind.
