Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures — very beautiful with a charming vintage feel. The location is peaceful, and although the view of the mountains and the famous church is partially blocked by some nearby houses, it's still lovely overall. The place is cozy and well-decorated, but there are a few points future guests might want to know: The main bed is quite uncomfortable due to old springs; a mattress topper or an upgrade could improve this. There were some black ants around the house, and I noticed a small mouse at night. The bathroom floor tended to stay wet, likely due to the cold and humid climate, so non-slip mats or better drainage would be helpful. Providing toilet mats and a few more basic amenities would make the stay even more comfortable. Despite these small issues, the house has a lot of character and is a pleasant place to stay if you're looking for something charming and rustic.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. Without a doubt, we will definitely return to Georgia and once again stay at Tamar’s lovely Nest!

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

As a solo traveller this Airbnb was perfect! It had everything I needed, it’s very central in Old Tbilisi, was very clean, and an easy check in. You do have quite the climb to get to it, so keep that in mind when booking.

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Great place, we loved it. Very convenient location, lots of stores and shops outside. The bed and sofa are both very comfy, and I appreciated a huge kitchen and a dinner table. The balcony is super lovely. Nino is also great at communication. 100% recommend

Khatuna is great host. She was very responsive and helpful. All our requests and questions were responded fast and in very friendly manner. I’m recommending Khatuna and her apartment! Apartment was clean and warm. Cozy place!

The host is very helpful. The reception didn’t allow me to leave luggage at the reception for check in or check out. instead she told me to rent a ski depot which is not possible in the building. The host immediately called to tell them to give me early check in when the room was not ready but I can leave my luggage in the room. Room was very clean and comfortable, it takes a few minutes to walk to the ski lift but it’s in a quiet place that no loud music in the night. No washing machine inside so it is good for a short stay.

Viktor has been one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We had an issue when we lost our belongings at the airport and explained our situation to Viktor. He was always attentive and never left us stranded without a place to stay. When we arrived at his apartment, we realized it was a thousand times better than we had imagined. It was excellent—the cleanliness, the details, and the view were outstanding. The proximity to the slopes, ski rental places, and grocery stores was perfect. I would stay at this Airbnb a million times over!

The apartment is perfect for us. Every time we’re in Tbilisi, we are staying at this place. The location is right in the downtown, but on the quiet street. Few grocery stores, Fresh Georgian bread bakery and few coffee shops just 2 min walk. Also the huge Central Mall is 10 min walk as well. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean and comfortable. It’s a home away from home. Great hosts, great neighbours in the building. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Temo’s place. The location is perfect in the old part of Tblisi walkable to the shopping center and eating places around this apartment. Host was excellent and was very flexible in allowing us to until the evening because of our late flight.
