Sean, was very responsive and we had a wonderful trip.

I spent the night here the night before my wedding and got ready with my bridesmaids and it was perfect!! James was kind and accommodated for us to allow a late check out so we had enough time to get ready. The house was roomy, clean, and beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Haley’s place was a gorgeous place to stay! We were only there for one night, passing through on a long road trip and it was exactly what we needed after a long 14 hours on the road.

The host for this place were absolutely Great, This was truly a place I could call home away from home. The Black House brought I and my family so many bright and happy memories after staying here during a extended stay. I absolutely love how the host were very responsive and how clean, spacious, and comfortable the place is. I couldn't picked a better place to create such beautiful memories. ☆Definitely a 10 out of 10☆

This is a very lovely place to stay. The decor is creative and artistic, and the decks overlook trees where we enjoyed sitting with our coffee and tea cups, watching lots of bird activity. The beds and bedding were really comfortable (with exceptional pillows!) and it was quiet for sleeping. Nice well-supplied bathrooms, too. Everything was shiny clean and there was plenty of room for our six family members. If you want to cook, make sure you bring everything you need to prepare the food. We mostly just made breakfast, and there were plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The location is very convenient, and we walked to downtown every day. The one thing I would change is that I would make it clear whether or not the ground coffee was gratis, and I would have some Half-and-half or milk available in the fridge. Overall, this a wonderful, private home and Ryan had taken great care to make us feel welcome.

Pamela’s place was absolutely wonderful —warm, welcoming, and clean. Despite our last-minute booking, she was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The charming older home had a nostalgic, cozy vibe, like staying at a grandma's house, yet offered all the modern comforts. We loved the peaceful location—close enough to Walmart and downtown for convenience but tucked away in a quiet area free from noise. The split-level layout was ideal: well-equipped kitchen and comfy bedrooms (each with a queen bed and ceiling fan) upstairs, a cozy living room mid-level, and a spacious downstairs entertainment area. The outdoor balcony and patio were perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. Though the neighborhood initially gave me pause, stepping inside instantly put me at ease—it felt safe, inviting, and just right. Pamela’s quick responses and thoughtful hospitality sealed the deal. Without a doubt, would stay here again!

Everyone should find their getaway at The Tree House, absolutely poetic magic.

For starters, the place was exactly as depicted! The hallway smelled AMAZING! Also, it was not too far from the elevator, which made it super convenient for all of the luggage I brought. The place was clean, felt like home, and not a lot of noise. The view was nice, looking out at the city. Definitely would recommend coming back to this same location! Directions were very clear, and staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Don’t wait just book. Raquel and Christopher were amazing. We actually arrived at the wrong building (no fault of theirs) and they stayed on the phone until we made it to our building and stayed on until we made it inside of our apartment! They were absolutely the BEST!!! The apartment is beautiful and the backdrop to a great weekend in Birmingham!

The stay here was very nice. The host was very responsive, friendly and professional. The building and the apartment space were very clean. Having to access the apartment and the building via the latch app made the stay feel secure and safe. There is also easy access from parking garage next to the building in which you’d have to pay to park, but there is plenty of free street parking across the street from the building and on the next block over. I would definitely stay here if/when I visit the Birmingham area again.

The space was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything I needed throughout my visit. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and hassle-free getaway!

Loved our stay! Very nice apartment space, very clean, and lots of areas to hang out in the building. Walkable to breweries and food, and right next to the baseball stadium!

Suzanne’s suite was spectacular, spectacular. Decorated with a keen eye for antiques and flair. There isn’t a dull corner in the space. The spiral staircase going up to the suite reminded me of apartments in NYC. Suzanne was kind and easy to talk to and I felt safe in her space, and the area, to stay with my husband and baby. We would absolutely stay here again! We loved it!

More than comfortable. My family loved it. We definitely enjoyed the house and all amenities. Host was more than hospitable and accommodating. Communication was precise. We would love to enjoy their home again in the future

We enjoyed our stay! Cozy little cabin home with a steep driveway. Plenty of space for our guests. Short drive to plenty of restaurants and activities.

We had a wonderful time at the log cabin. Peaceful, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for this holiday. The property is gorgeous. The cabin has incredible character while being still comfortable and having the amenities we needed. We found hiking trails just 10 minutes away at Double Oak. Best of all, it was quality time spent enjoying our boys and our pup.
