Really lovely stay at the beach bungalow. Parking for two cars. Dog friendly. Dishwasher was invaluable (tablets provided!). Two bathrooms! Huge lounge with conservatory and great views. Outside shower facilities. All good. No complaints. One suggestion - soft close toilet seat in main bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Philip

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julia’s apartment. A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location overlooking the golf course and beach. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, and really nicely laid out, exactly as described. Nice touches like fluffy towels and welcome biscuits - thank you! 🙏 Fistral Beach is stunning and Newquay is full of good restaurants. Free parking overnight in close proximity to the apartment. Julia is a very responsive and communicative host and nothing was a bother. Highly recommended all round.

Beautiful location. The outside area and views are stunning. Everything you need for relaxing summer nights. Inside the house is comfortable. Dining table was large and great for family meals and games. The shared bathroom upstairs did not have a shower, this wasn't too much of an issue but would be a useful addition. The downstairs bathroom was great for disabled or those with mobility issues, however, the downstairs bedroom would not be suitable for everyone with mobility issues, the bed it very high and the trundle is very low. My older parents couldn't manage either bed. luckily they can still get up and down the stairs so were able to use one of the upstairs rooms. Also, when the trundle is in use, there is very little room to move around. Downderry itself is lovely with great restaurants and pub. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Yardley House for it's location and amenities. Mark was a great host and responded to all queries. Great holiday. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Amazing view from living room/kitchen. Comfortable bed, good shower (nice to have option of shower and bath). Good facilities. Enjoyed fact was maisonette. Jane was excellent at responding quickly and helpfully to my questions. Would definitely recommend. Perfect location and also despite being busy during the evening, was quiet at night time. Wonderful to be so close to beach and also shops, bars and Tate modern.

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

This place truly is a little piece of heaven! I had high expectations reading the reviews and seeing the stunning photos, but this genuinely surpassed them. I’d go as far to say one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever seen. Breathtaking sea views from every room. A balcony and garden that makes you never want to leave. Melanie and Dave are too kind and so helpful. They provide tons of little extras like crumpets with butter and jams for breakfast, milk in the fridge (and a lovely bottle of Prosecco!), lots of tea and coffee with the machine, even a popcorn machine! The beach which this place sits on is just gorgeous. Quiet with a trail that has you walking on the edge of the UK. Falmouth is filled with so many beaches, gardens and places to see. Also, a lot of scenic drives! We were spoiled for choice. People here are some of the kindest I’ve come across. I took my Mum here for her 60th along with my wife. We did not want to leave on our last day! Book it! Trust me

Absolutely fantastic stay, me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights but wished it could’ve been longer! This apartment has everything you need, is spotless, cosy and just very homely. Nicola was an amazing host, very responsive whenever I messaged and made sure she tried to help in any way possible. Just a short walk down to the beach or the town, it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was super comfortable too which is always a bonus. We loved all the tiny touches and decor. I don’t often write reviews but this was spectacular and we couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for having us, we will be back!! 🩷

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

The house was absolutely lovely, great surroundings with a tiered very private garden that has an amazing fire pit. The hot tub is a great bonus for the evenings and isn’t overlooked at all. Cosy home with lovely blankets and lots of board games to keep you entertained. We would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

This was our second stay at Natalie’s beautiful home. We are a family group of 9 with ages ranging from 5 to 69 & it suited all of us perfectly. The proximity to trevone beach is a major plus but even on a rainy day of which we only had one it was a pleasure to stay in. We look forward to returning in the future

We had a wonderful time staying at Jennifer’s place. The views of the ocean from every room are absolutely breathtaking. Everything is so well thought out — from the spacious kitchen with everything we needed, to the tasteful and cozy decor. It’s also just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. We’d love to come back. Highly recommended!

Wow, wow, wow!! Williams place was above our expectations. Super clean, very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms and loads of space to chill out. Views are amazing from the floor to ceiling windows and balcony. We were lucky enough to have incredible weather to enjoy long walks on the beach & coast, visit with family and eat at great restaurants. Thanks again for a fantastic stay! Tina, Lee & family

Sue was incredibly welcoming and had thought of everything from the guest's perspective - even down to the rugs to warm your feet when you get out of bed in the morning! The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub and garden room are spacious and are a great addition to the accommodation. The beach is beautiful and because it is private it is incredibly peaceful and would suit all ages. So Tranquil lived up to its name :)

We had a fantastic stay at Babs and Scott's place which was even more wonderful than than in the photos show! The views from the upstairs balcony are unbeatable with the path to the beach just outside the garden. Babs was very friendly and responsive and very accommodating with check-in too. A wonderful welcome basket and goodies awaited us on arrival and there is plenty by way of food and drink locally you can wander too. We'd absolutely stay here again! The place is described as small but it was plenty spacious for the two of us, our toddler and 3 dogs without feeling cramped. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

What a fabulous place! Absolutely stunning - we had the best time staying in this house. Near to shops, easy (and cheap) taxi ride to the restaurants and bars and… very very comfy beds! Loved it and would recommend it if you’re planning a stay in Newquay
