A very spacious house in a small neighborhood consisting of similar, free-standing houses. You can park your car right next to the house. A big living room (kitchen, big and sturdy kitchen table and a couch) with lots of light. Comfortable bedrooms and good beds. From the small balcony you can see the lake. Everything you need is present and the house is ideal to make trips in the surrounding. Shops and restaurant are at 10–15 minute walk (although the way back is up-hill…). Petra is easy to communicate with, there is a caretaker present for many of the houses in this neighborhood. Our only remark: the Wi-Fi is only bearable for messages, but you have 4G mobile connection in this location. Very recommendable if you like a quiet environment and a very spacious house !

Super schönes geräumiges Haus direkt am Wald mit unzähligen Wanderwegen und super Ausblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Tolle vier Tage in Wien in einer wirklich exzellenten Unterkunft. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Beatrix. Herausragend die Dachterrasse mit super Blick auf die Skyline von Wien. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zu 5 mit 2 Babys. Ist leicht zu finden, die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben dafür hast du Blick aufs See. Weiter unten findest du alle läden die du brauchst. Es war sehr ruhig! Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Die Wohnung ist sehr gross! Jeder hat platz! Spielzimmer im Keller. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt ganz toll da man Garten hat und viel Platz. Vielen Dank an Samuel! Hoffe bis Bald!

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les deux terrasses avec vue sur le lac sont vraiment très agréables. De nombreuses activités sont possibles sur place : balades à vélo avec bacs pour traverser le lac, paddle, bateau, baignade, sans oublier la visite de la magnifique ville de Cesky Krumlov avec son château. De plus le propriétaire propose un service de location de bateaux, vélos et paddles, donc toutes les activités sont possibles sans se déplacer. C'est très pratique ! Le bar de plage est très sympa pour prendre l'apéro au soleil couchant et propose de très bonnes grillades 2 fois par semaine. Bref un lieu enchanteur dont on n'avait pas envie de partir !

Mirela place is very big, comfortable, warm and It has lots of natural light. It fit well and 100% with Airbnb photos. The bus stop is few steps from the door and public transport in Vienna are excelente. 10 minutes walking from the House to the right side you have a tiny shop (magazine, tobacco…) where you can buy a daily, twice day or weekly public transport ticket. It is cheaper and very convenient. In the front of this shop is a Spar supermarket. It is very nice. The house has a fabulous Nespresso coffee machine. You can have expresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte… To back for sure!

Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.

הגעתי למיכאלה ונורבט דרך הביקורות שנכתבו ולפי רוב הייתה שהייה נוחה וטובה לכן בחרתי להתארח אצלם ולא התאכזבתי כלל וכלל. אנשים לבביים ומארחים מצויינים. הבית נקי,מצוחצח ולפי תיאורם עומד לרשותי אף על פי ששהיתי בקומה העליונה היכן שעליי להיות. נרקמה ידידות עמוקה עם המארחת המופלאה מיכאלה עם שיחות נפש משמחות,נורברט גם הוא איש לבבי שעזר מאוד בכל מה שקשור לניווט חיצוני ושאלות כלליות על וינה והסביבה. ולסיום,לא אשכח את קמילו המתוק,כלב מדהים עם חיבה בלתי נגמרת שלא מתעייף לשחק אף פעם. ללא ספק אני אחזור לשם בקרוב ואולי אעשה זאת בקיץ.

Amazing place and a fantastic host in Edi. He was in constant touch with us much before we arrive bed and ensured a perfect retreat for us. The service was par excellence and would highly recommend this for groups - family or friends.

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und schönen Schlafräumen. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber man hat einen traumhaften Blick über Wien. Der Bus ist auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unser Familien Weihnachtsfest in Danielas Haus gefeiert und sie hat uns ihren Weihnachtsschmuck zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus bietet viel Raum und Gemütlichkeit für ein entspanntes Familienzusammenkommen.

Selten habe ich mich in einem AirBnB so wohl gefühlt wie in dem wunderschönen Zuhause von Alix und Günther. Sehr geschmackvoll, es war alles da, was man sich hätte wünschen können und nichts zu viel. Sehr schönes Himmelbett, großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Küche mit allem, was man so brauchen könnte, Wohnzimmer und Esstisch. Weitere Sitzgelegenheiten in Wintergarten und vor dem Haus, aber dafür war es zu kalt. Man kann direkt loswandern in den wunderschönen Wienerwald. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt von Wien dauert mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwas und die Anbindung ist abends nicht mehr optimal, aber das war uns vor der Buchung klar. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft hat voll und ganz den Bildern und der Beschreibung entsprochen. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit als Gruppe und Linz und würden den Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit riesiger Fläche mit super Ausstattung, jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Highlight war das Spa mit Sauna und Pool.

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner wie auf den Fotos. Es ist einfach ein absoluter Traum in einer unglaublich ruhigen/privaten Gegend. Sollte man einfach mal den Alltag entfliehen wollen, ist man hier genau richtig! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und wir hatten wundervolle Tage hier! Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, immer erreichbar wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt auch einmal wieder kommen!
