Charming backyard cottage, quiet and private

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

Set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

Bright, cheery, and clean with plenty of windows overlooking the tides of the back bay and Los Osos. Walking distance to the Embarcadero. Parking. CAL KING size bed within a pullout couch can be set up in the open office area to accommodate 2 more people. This unit is above my other listing, "Marshall's Place", in my two story home.
