Amazing stay in the heart of Barreto. Convenient and tasty cafe downstairs. Helpful staff and friendly atmosphere. Overall would stay again when coming back to Subic bay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Alyssa was very helpful and responsive, and the area itself was beautiful with all the greenery. The place is about 10-15 minutes (via car) away from convenient stores and a stop to eat, which was nice. Would love to go again!

The place was in the heart of the city. Its nice cos its near everything. We booked last minute and arrived 7 in the evening and glad we were still accomodated. The room was clean. I like how soft the bed was. We were surprised for the free breakfast given by the hotel staff. Overall nice place.

good value for money. place is clean, organized. caretakers are friendly, and masarap magluto. :) we had a slight problem lang on the way to the place because the pin is not pointing to the front gate of the hotel. better use google map and search for Hotel name directly.

Good place to unwind. Room is cold and clean. Property is beachfront with a nice pool. Location is walking distance to Pawikan Conservation Center. Host and staff are very accomodating. They helped with our food orders for dinner and provide drinking water. Just noting that there is a narrow road/steep end of a bridge, but overall the place is great. 😊

We celebrated my best friend’s 30th birthday here! We love that staffs are all friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are exactly as what is posted and a plus because the host is very responsive. Breakfast for 2 is provided 🤍 Since the building is renovating, you can slightly here some construction works, but won’t bother your stay at all. I wish for them to continue renovating the place and transition to a better lock system like having keycards, etc. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 night stay at this cozy and pet-friendly Airbnb, which made our Christmas truly special. The place is amazing, with stunning views and a nature filled environment, including different types of chickens roaming around. The staffs were very accommodating, especially Kuya Joey (onsite staff) and Ma’am Criena (the Airbnb host), who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Although we couldn’t fully enjoy the hot jacuzzi due to cold and rainy weather and some technical issues, the staffs worked hard to fix it. We managed to try it briefly when it became warm, though we had to wait almost the entire day for it to fully heat up, and it kept stopping intermittently. Another concern was the internet connectivity it wasn’t available inside the house and could only be accessed near the windows or outside. Adding an external modem would be a great improvement. Overall, it was a memorable Christmas experience, and we’d highly recommend this place.

We had enjoyed staying at Yas Villa. The villa is very near to Las Casas. The rooms are spacious and we're able to accommodate us. The kids enjoyed using the swimming pools. The set of food served (by order) are tasty. The caretakers are very responsive to our requests. It will be helpful if there is a sign in the national road pointing the direction to the site or better ask the owner to fetch you in Bagac Police Station.
