We instantly felt right at home at Bird Land for our girls trip! Eric was super accommodating and attentive. The house is very comfortable with a lot of historic charm. The sunny window bed and bird watching area are so beautiful and peaceful. Gorgeous stained glass windows. There is so much room to spread out! The basement bedroom(s) would be great for kids to have their own space. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Everything was just as described. House was clean, well stocked and the hot tub was an added bonus! Would absolutely stay here again.

Lomalinda is a wonderful home. The surroundings are beautiful with nice scenery from each window. The furnishings are lovely and everything is well- placed. Plenty of space for us and our dog. The town of Berkeley Springs is a 15 minute walk from the house or a 2 minute drive. Claudia has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable, and we would definitely love to come back.

Heather was fantastic! We had lost power due to storms and desperately needed a place to stay with our two dogs. It was a very last minute booking and she was super accommodating. She responded super fast to my messages. The place was super peaceful and clean. Would definitely book with her again!

This is our second time staying at the house. Very peaceful, homey and open floor plan. Excellent home for a small family outing. Definitely recommend

Although we ended up having a natural disaster the first day we got there, Courtney was more than helpful and gave us great advice on how to handle our situation and cancellation. She was also very thoughtful, understanding, and sympathetic throughout our dilemma.

Such a beautiful retreat - close to downtown Berkeley Springs but just far enough away to feel completely secluded. the view from every room and balcony was gorgeous. The house has nearly everything you need right there - we especially appreciated the kitchen having seasonings & all of the pots/pans/dishes you need to cook. Our goal was having a few days to rest and spend time with each other, and that's exactly what we were able to do. The game room was a real treat, and the bowl of conversation starters in the living room was such a fun way to hang out without just having the TV on.

Sleepy Creek Cottage was a perfect place to get away and just relax, the creek is wonderful , the road in is mostly gravel but well maintained, it is quiet, dark, and away from all the noise of daily life. The cottage is small but feels larger because of the front porch, back deck and screened porch.

Excellent place to chill out and enjoy if you’re planning for vacations more than a day, Highly recommended… Thank you so much for all the amenities like hot tub, sauna, games, barbecue, and lot many. Host is very friendly and cooperative.

It was a beautiful location and peaceful. The home is quaint and practical. I will book again in the future, when returning to Berkley Springs!

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

A lovely cabin, and lovely hosts! They hosted our family get together and is was an absolute pleasure. Everything was in great working order, and was possibly the best stocked AirBnB I have ever been to in terms of having everything we needed. The location was quiet and tucked in the woods but still easy to get to, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. One of the least fussy short term rental experiences I have had. Our large family with kids and dogs felt right at home. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute to stay here again. Thank you!

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

We enjoyed staying at Emily's place for a girls birthday trip. It was quiet and beautiful with fhe woods and nature surrounding us. It was close to Harpers Ferry and not too far from Hagerstown MD which allowed us to go sightseeing easily. It was a really good trip!

The place was great, peaceful, comfortable. Amenities were as described. Great for a cozy girls weekend!

The house has a fantastic layout and an incredible deck for enjoying the beautiful surroundings! So many birds singing, frogs calling at night, and a couple of turtles in the yard. Plenty of space for our dogs to run around. It was a great balance between a peaceful stay in the woods and still close enough to enjoy Berkeley Springs and Cacapon.

This is an absolutely amazing find! Super responsive host, extremely flexible with my check-ins and outs. The house was beautiful and clean, the fire pit was an amazing touch. The deck is perfect and so is the hot tub. The bed was extremely comfortable, check out was easy and he didn’t ask for much at all. I can’t get over how much I fell in love with this house.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin - we are two moms with two kids and spent three nights there. The place was great for us - the kitchen was very well stocked and had all the appliances and things we needed for cooking which is often not the case at other rentals so it was much appreciated. The gas fire pit / table was perfect for making s’mores and hanging out in the evening. Very peaceful and relaxed place to be. We did a great hike in the Sleepy Creek area calls Devil’s Nose and the kids had a lot of fun crossing the river and getting to the lookout. It took about 2.5 hours with lots of stops and a picnic lunch.

Toasted Marshmallow is a great place for a couple's getaway. Admittedly, the place was smaller than I expected based on the pictures, but the furnishings were comfortable and the place is spotless! The hosts have included so many thoughtful extras to include welcome snacks, a smores kit, a wireless speaker (which we used daily) and perfect-sized bedside fans. It was a lovely place for a weekend getaway to recharge our batteries. Thank you!

Cabin was easy to find, very well stocked kitchen. Lots of outside space to have a fire and the hot tub was amazing.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Camping with a shooting range on site. I was able to test out my night vision on the range. I will definitely be booking again!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed for our bachelorette girls trip weekend. Private, clean, and quick drive to downtown. It felt like another home from home. We will definitely be back! Thank you again.

if you're thinking of booking, do it! My husband and I spent a few days here after our wedding to relax after the big day. And this place was perfect!! The view from the cabin was amazing and better than the photos can show. It was so peaceful and cozy and the cabin itself was very clean. Dog friendly was also a plus so we could include our pup!
