My home is located in the foothills of Bountiful. It is in a quiet canyon with hiking, biking on the mountain bike trail and other outdoor fun right out the front door. I am 20 minutes north east of downtown Salt Lake City and 20 minutes from SLC International Airport. I am listing a SMALL two bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchenette suite in the BASEMENT of my 4 level custom home. Access for guests will be through the garage and down 8 steps to their space.

A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.
