Alison was an amazing host, she was so flexible and kept us up to date through out our stay. Was so clean and you can see the sea from the front window.

Absolutely spotless, so clean and tidy. Lots of extra bedding, blankets and sheets. The caravan smelt so lovely and was very well equipt with lots of plates, glasses, cutlery and everything we needed!! There were 2 adults and 6 children and we had lots of space! Diane was a great host and we cant wait to stay again!

Reg and Lynn were wonderful hosts and the accommodation was beautiful. Lovely welcome pack, friendly hosts, perfect location - couldn't ask for more. Wish I was staying longer

Probably the nicest self catering place we have ever stayed at,never had such a well equipped kitchen before. Really good being so close to the beach and not having to put the dog in the car for a walk.would stay again.

Lovely apartment with spacious kitchen. Close to the beach and tramline. Quiet and peaceful. Apartment was lovely and clean and homely. Big comfy bed. Had a lovely welcome basket of goodies. Was met at the property by the host Margaret. Felt like home from home. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

a gem of a place, the location was ideal for beach walks and exploring the lakes. utility room is perfect for sorting wet clothes and wetsuits post wild swimming. Cosy, comfortable and perfect for a group of 8 (4 adult and 4 children).

We loved staying at Andrews place. Everything was as mentioned in listing. Place was very clean and was like home from home and a walking distance to Morecambe Prom Parkrun which we attended. Andrew was the perfect host and very accomodating for our stay and checkout. Highly recommend staying here. Some lovely little touches like the binoculars and gym, thanks Andrew. Paula & Richard

Great stay, a lot of nice walks especially if you have dogs. Fab chippy actoss the road , and Ski bar just up the road on a holiday park, which was very nice . The house was lovely and clean, especially the bathrooms. Nice, warm and cosy. Beds comfy too. Would consider returning with our dogs.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Hosts were super friendly and responsive. I even asked if we could check in earlier to leave bags and they let us do this. The lodge has everything you could need and we found this to be the best lodge, location wise, on the park. The steps lead right down to the lake. We took our kayak and went out several times. The huge balcony which is fully furnished was great to watch the sunset of an evening with a glass of wine! Dog are allowed too which was a huge bonus. The We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! It was a great way to celebrate my birthday! Thanks again

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

We had a lovely break this Easter bank holiday. The communication was excellent. The caravan was well equipped, clean and well located to haven’s amenities. Children enjoyed the board games. Weather was warm enough to sit out briefly on last day. Outdoor furniture made this a pleasant experience. As a family we’d happily return to explore the area further.

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved being on the lake and and having access to it. Vanessa gave loads of recommendations and communicated well. Pictures matched the place. Wouldn't hesitate going back.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

what a great air b&b . clean and tidy . we had an issue which was our right within hours. everything was explained in the texts we sent and received . can't rave to much about van, sie ,area and host. what a sea view.

We had a great time at this property with family members ranging from 2-88 years old. The house is typical Blackpool quirky, some dampness in areas and a bit creaky but this didnt alter our expereince. plenty wee extras such as toilet roll, crisps, loaf and even butter! Choice of board games and some books. My MIL would have been happier if there was a teapot so if this is important to you bring one. Overall fab weekend in great accomodatiom, good location for us and plenty of space. Thanks Mitchell!

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful house. It was so quiet despite walking distance to Blackpool tower. Everything you would need and more. Large and spacious house. Lovely and clean throughout. The only small detail that could be improved would be to add more plates and dishes. Otherwise perfect. In fact one person in our group is looking to book it again for another holiday. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We had a lovely few days staying in Jane’s place. The location was perfect, parking right outside and walkable to Lytham and the promande. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks so much Jane.

Great place to stay in St Anne's, apartment was very comfortable, bright and clean, looks like the photos listed. Very easy to walk to town, train station and the beach, would definitely recommend!

Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . Thank you Gill for your communications and for allowing us to stay . I am sure my family will want to stay again .

Myself and my cousin had the most enjoyable stay. The hosts Danny & Deborah made us feel really welcome, and were very friendly. The lodge was clean, and tastefully furnished, and set in beautiful grounds, and had everything we needed. We stayed from Thursday 27th March 2025 - Saturday 29th March, and was furtunate enough to be blessed with wall to wall sunshine, so was able to take advantage of the beautiful weather. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It was the best place I've ever stayed at. The place was clean, modern, and had a really good location. We had a little misunderstanding with the system, but the owners sorted the situation with kindness and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend it
