Cute place close to some great cafes and local eats. Also super close to multiple public transport options so easy to get around the city to explore! Would definitely book again.

I had a great stay at this lovely spot in Flemington. The location was super convenient—close to public transport, cafes, and local shops. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and the host was friendly and responsive. I'd definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again!

Mel’s place was a delightful find. Larger than expected with a good layout for a short stay, it was in the perfect location for access to amenities and I had a stress free stay. The house was extremely clean and well provisioned. Mel reached out early, check in was smooth and she left clear and accurate instructions for house use. Will book again.

This is an excellent place - immaculately clean & well presented. It is not the prettiest location & is exposed to the street but window coverings are perfectly adequate to ensure privacy & it was very quiet despite the proximity of the road & footpath. Would strongly recommend

Marina is a good host. Her place is good value for money. Very nice location, close to river and park. Good place to jog ot go for a long walk along the river. Great view from balcony. Few minutes walk to the Highpoint mall. Close to Airport and CBD. Lots of cafes around (10 mins drive). Can easily fit 13 guests. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 🌟.

This was our second stay at Renat’s place. We travelled for a wedding and due to a Cyclone had to arrive earlier than expected. Renat was open to us rearranging our stay dates although we ended up staying with family. Renat is very friendly and responsive. His communication was excellent. Renat offered many helpful suggestions for our stay and was very flexible. The house was clean and comfortable with clear instructions and all the amenities you’d expect and need.

We had a very good time staying at this place. It is very close to public transport and easy access to Melbourne cbd.

we really enjoyed Kate's place. The bed was Devine!!! Slept so well, was meant to check what type of mattress it was so I could get one 😁😁😁😁 We had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. If we're back in the area, we will be hoping to book in at Kate's place.

Great Location, Easy access to tram (200m) which took us direct to the city, both restaurants and fast food available very close by. House was clean, plenty of essentials for cooking, cleaning and maintaining, nice neighbours felt safe even coming home at 1am which was great Highly recommend this home for family’s and people looking for easy access to the city 😁

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

This apartment was in a perfect location to visit Melbourne, the tram is close and it is easy to walk to what ever else is needed. Clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you could need in a city stay, building amenities fantastic. Check in was very easy out of hours as our plane arrived late, everyone involved responded appropriately and timely, it was a very easy and nice stay. Stayed with 2a2c.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

We had a wonderful stay and Daniela was a fantastic host. The home was well kept and very clean. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and treats on arrival. Thanks again for everything Daniela!! 😀

The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place, great view and a great place for accessing transport

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
