This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Caledonia Cottage - Pet Friendly - Hunter Valley

Self-contained with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has your choice of king or twin beds. This Charming two bedroom cottage is set on a fabulous half acre setting in the beautiful village of Broke. This stunning little cottage can sleep 2-6 guests. Accommodation consists of one queen and one double size bedroom and a large lounge area with a high quality sofa bed. The spacious lounge/dining area allows generous room for dining, reading or just relaxing on the comfy lounges and watching a great movie on the plasma TV. Prepare to fall in love with this little piece of paradise.

Nestled amongst trees, our cottages have a private master-bedroom with queen bed, loft bedroom with an open plan double and single bed configuration. A luxurious bathroom with hand-crafted timber finishes and a rainwater spa bath. The living and kitchen area is a generous open plan design with a wood fire. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas cook top and fridge/freezer. The expansive windows open on to a wrap-around verandah where you can enjoy a BBQ or just relax in the hammock.
