My home is a unique, open floorplan. Located 1 block from Sewickley Village. One bedroom and full bath on main floor. One bedroom and full bath on 2nd floor. This home is most conveniently located in Sewickley Village. No unauthorized guests, other than registered guests, are permitted in the house. Special features: Whole house water filtration system, and reverse osmosis on kitchen sink. Separate, studio apt is also rented. There is a fireplace but not operable

It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).
