This location was wonderful. We were aware of our close proximity to the train tracks however, it was completely fine. Trains were not disturbing in the lease. The home was simple to access, extremely clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time at VA Tech campus and in Blacksburg but this is a perfect location for that. Less than 15 minutes away and super convenient to access Christiansburg as well. Highly recommend this location.

This apartment has so much charm! The hosts were very kind. I stayed here for a week as I was performing at and had many meetings at Virginia Tech. Two of my colleagues joined me for the final few days. We all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable beds ever! Also, the water temp and pressure in the shower was great! I felt very safe in this spot for the few days that I stayed there alone. (These are big deal items for me since I travel quite a bit.) I would definitely stay here again.

I spent there almost 5 weeks for my research visiting. Shiva place was perfect and she was a great and kind host. Totally reccomanded!

Great location in Blacksburg! Perfect lodging for what we needed, visiting our daughters at VT. We didn't have much opportunity to walk downtown, but very walkable and so close to the stadium (which we didn't do either), but I can see why this place is a hot commodity on game weekends. Parking is included which is great! No issues with communication. Young sent the code on Friday morning. Getting in super easy. Had a quick question about parking when we arrived, which Young answered very quickly. Hope to stay again.

I had a great stay! The place was priced fairly, clean, and exactly as described. Everything worked well and I had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you Philip and Katie for a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, clear instructions and thoughtful additional touches- my daughter and I enjoyed a game of scrabble. Thank you for the water bottles as well- they came in handy. The neighborhood is walkable with tons of restaurants and easy to get to Vtech. Highly recommended.

Rickey’s place was a perfect choice for our visit to Christiansburg. We had several stops in the area, including Radford graduation, and the location was very convenient to 81. The unit is exactly as shown, with some added thoughtful touches. Nice and clean. It was a special bonus to meet and chat with Rickey during our visit - what a nice and friendly host!

We had a very nice stay at the Sunflower Suite. Patricia and Gene's place is super comfortable, quiet, and spotless. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the morning. We would happily stay here again.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this property. Our 1 year loved the adorable play space and seeing her in a big kid bed nearly made me cry. She was satisfied our entire stay just playing with the kitchenette and reading her favorite book that was there, Goodnight Moon. With her being happy it allowed my husband and I to sit back and enjoy the breath taking views. The location was perfect. A quick 10 min drive and you are in downtown Blacksburg. The property comes well equipped with all you will need during your stay. I highly recommend this property!

This cozy spot was the perfect size for my wife, our friends, and I the night before my daughter’s graduation. I appreciated the ample supply of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. The moms in our group raved about the tea selection. I liked the double head shower.

Friendly hosts and location to Main street make this an ideal place to stay while in Blacksburg! Will definitely choose to stay here again

This place was a gem! The basement area was very nice, clean and spacious. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extra amenities provided, like the bath soap and toiletries – it's those little touches that make a big difference. The beds were super comfortable too! The location was fantastic; it was an easy and enjoyable 20-minute walk to downtown. Its also right near a bus route if you need to get to campus. David was a great host – very responsive and proactive with communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay at George's place! He was super friendly and always thoughtful and helpful when we had questions. The kitchen was really nice for us because we usually eat in for breakfast. The scenery around the house and the drive there is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

As advertised. Easy and great communication. Had everything that was needed for our family of 4 and pup. Towels were nice and not thin. The beds were extremely comfortable and sheets were soft & clean. We are Hokies so we loved all the Hokie decor. We will definitely be staying again.

This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time visiting Floyd and the surrounding area.

Our stay was lovely in this organized and clean space. The scenery was beautiful with multiple places to sit, eat, visit, and enjoy our family getaway. Theresa was extremely responsive and left clear instructions. I would definitely consider this rental again as it is close to Radford, but just far enough away to have a relaxing and peaceful spot to gather.

Great stay in Blacksburg. Close enough to walk to downtown and anything you’d want to go see! The stay itself was very clean and matched the description.
