Our guest will stay in a spacious one-bedroom master suite with 10-foot ceilings It has its own private entrance. There are living and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer. There is a very comfortable queen-size bed. Conveniently located private guest suite in a large house, with two bedrooms upstairs and private entrance, for up to five people. The location of this house is unbeatable. Right off I-45 and 242. Within 5 minutes from Lone Star College, HEB, Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, the Woodlands Mall, Medical Centers. Two queen size beds in two rooms can sleep up to 4 people and one person can sleep on the sofa bed. We can provide a portable baby cot (for a child under 2 years old).

All the interior pictures are from the Guesthouse. Guests don’t share any space with us except the driveway and backyard.

West Wing w/ Swimming Pond & Volleyball Access

Welcome to The West Wing at the Manor on Lake ConRoy! Hang out on 5 acres of outdoor fun relaxing on our small beach by the water, swimming, fishing, or playing a game of sand volleyball, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. The studio is attached to the main house and has its own private keyless entrance. Upstairs you will find 2 queen size beds, loveseat and TV. Downstairs includes couch, TV, table, kitchen, full bath with a stand up shower. Free use of Washer and Dryer inside.

The Pink Palm

This unique place has a style all its own, think Miami in the 80s because we have bright colors everywhere with lots of greenery, florals, and plants. The bedroom is painted all pink, the living room has a beautiful hand painted mural with pink and green palm leaves, and we have more touches of pink and green throughout them home. This guest apartment is connected to our business which is a photography & event studio so the driveway, yard, and lot are a shared space.
