Former Church built in the 1850s is now called Leeway, the home and studio of an artist and her dog. A 600 square foot artist studio with a bed, worktables, lamps and seating is light-filled, with a side door to a small porch/walkway. A comfortable full kitchen is stocked with equipment for cooking. A full bathroom with tub and shower is for guests' private use, shared deck. Sharon Springs is located half hr from Cooperstown, 1 hr from Albany. A car is necessary to arrive and enjoy the area.

The Guest Suite of our 1850’s Greek Revival home has an antique feel, equipped with modern comforts. Enjoy long relaxing days at this enchanting farm. Spend slow mornings with coffee on the porch listening to chirping birds and wind rustling through trees. Spend your evening snuggled up in the cozy living room or around a campfire on the stone patio. Our guest suite is attached to our main home but is completely private with your own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, living space, and bedroom.
