It was so awesome and comfortable to stay here! Our hosts were awesome and responsive the whole time and everything listed was just as described. It was an extremely easy setup and very straightforward. Had everything we needed and we wanted to stay even longer! Will definitely be coming back here anytime i go on a Monterey getaway.

Serena and other hosts are very responsive through the chat, and the place is great to stay. Easy to drive around the city and we are enjoying our stay here.

It was great experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious, and the host, Roman, was truly deserving of the title 'superhost' with his kindness and quick response.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [carlos]'s place, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated just a short walk from local attractions and great restaurants. [carlos ] was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. It truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be back on my next visit to [San Jose]! Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

The home was perfect for what we needed and the location was great. The only disappointment was the shampoo/conditioner/body wash options. Some bottles were missing lids and the soap was watery. Other than that, the home was great.

Great place to stay! The location can't be beat. Walkable neighborhood, easy access to local restaurants and activities. Santa Cruz and Mott Beach Cottage was a wonderful place to vacation for us!

This is a great place with awesome views. The living area is perfect for reading a book or just sitting with friends and family while enjoying the beautiful 180-degree sea view. The only issue we faced was that the thermostat was already broken when we arrived. However, due to some misunderstanding, the host reached out and claimed that we had damaged it. This was the only negative experience, but I didn’t want to give a low rating because the place itself is truly beautiful.

We thought this place would be great and it was better than expected. The patio area was nice and there's plenty of room for your group to hang out inside or out. The beds are very comfortable, too. This is a great place!

We are repeat guests at Murthy's place. It is ideal for a couple who wants to easily walk to 2 great grocery stores plus Bevmo and hang in or wander out and simply walk to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. That said you are located on a very private and quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with appropriate ware. The bed was super comfortable and the couch in the main room converts to a bed or just a get spot to watch the numerous channels available to you. Murthy and Rima are such kind hosts! We got a personal welcome letter and a number of treats they left. They are great communicators and offer lots of information and guidance about the area if needed. One of our favorite parts about the unit is the great skylight in the bathroom. Its fun to shower with that as your only light!! There were lots of towels, nice soap and shampoo too. There were a ton of amenities we could have used but our trip was short. Things like the little washer / dryer in the unit are a great hit. Awesome!

This house fit our needs perfectly. We were able to easily walk to our seminar and cook our own meals in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting the San Jose area. All the action is just downstairs! It’s a very safe and elegant area. The place itself has a spacious, welcoming feeling and will make you feel at home. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

This was our second stay at My's beach condo. It's well maintained and has easy access to the Pajaro Dunes beach.

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

Just go and let Aaron be your host! You will not be disappointed. Aaron was very accommodating, and can’t wait to return to the Harbor House.

This is our second time at Sally's Seaside Condo. Wescrutinized different units and we came back to this one for several reasons - of course, Sally is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The key amenity is the view - we love the sunset from this unit ... April through the summer from this unit. The view is indeed the killer feature. Everything All the rest is gravy - the unit is setup very comfortable for a weekend stay, walking to restaurants across the street, walking to the beach, hot tub, etc..
