Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement qui est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Spacieux, bien équipés et surtout tres propre, vous allez passés un excellent séjour sans problème. Supérette, restaurant, parc de jeux pour enfant, piscine l'été et surtout une place de parking. le logement est à proximité du centre ville en voiture et pour ceux qui ne sont pas véhiculé, il a des bus qui passe juste en dessous du logement. Merci également à la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui a été très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arriver.

Flat is very clean and bright. Convenient location. Isabel is very friendly and responsive. Soundproofing in the building is not so great, so there might be some noise from the neighbours. In spite of that, flat is an awesome find.

El alojamiento estaba genial, las camas muy cómodas, tuvimos un buen descanso, con cama de matrimonio y dos individuales. Nada de ruido lo cual nos permitió dormir muy bien. El anfitrión atento, le preguntamos si tenía plancha de ropa y nos contestó al momento que sí. Justo debajo tenía un supermercado MAS para comprar. La ubicación perfecta. Muy recomendable

Great place for a short stay. Right next to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. Multiple options for great food and wonderful lively location to walk around.

I had a lovely 4 night stay in Patricia's apartment. Patricia has obviously put a lot of time and effort into making it a comfortable place for guests to stay. The location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The area of Santa Cruz is very interesting, full of life, with lots going on. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all just a few steps away. The apartment itself though is very quiet, which guarantees a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a convenient base from which to explore all the delights of beautiful Seville, then I would highly recommend Patricia's apartment.

El alojamiento cumple totalmente con las espectativas. Es súper cómodo y bonito. Muy bien decorado, los muebeles son de primera calidad, modernos. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Cada vez que vayamos a Sevilla lo tendremos muy en cuenta ya que por ubicación y prestaciones es perfecto. Aparte, Isabel es una anfitriona muy amable, educada y atenta. Fue muy fácil comunicarse con ella.

Logement totalement conforme aux photos. Arrivées et départs flexibles. Très bien placé pour découvrir Séville le temps d’un week end. Maison au calme et très bien adaptée pour dix personnes. Je recommande vivement

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

We had a fantastic stay in Seville! The apartment was perfectly located—just steps from the Cathedral and surrounded by amazing restaurants, tapas bars, and beautiful historic streets. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Daniel was a truly exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. When a citywide power outage hit one evening, he checked in on us right away to make sure we were okay and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Seville. Highly recommend staying here! Only one small thing: whomever stays in the front (master) room, bring ear plugs because it’s loud! The horse drawn carriages (which are really cool) and the cars/people, on the street in front, make it difficult to sleep if you don’t use them. If you’re used to city noise, it won’t be a problem. Everything else was perfect! 😍

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

Manuel was easy to communicate with. The flat itself is a beautiful old Spanish home with antique furniture and tiles. And it’s set in an idyllic part of Sevilla with beautiful side roads. You are close to quite a few local shops and restaurants and within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the city. It was still a bit chilly for us in March so the heaters came handy. The overall space worked great for our group of 10.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

Super maison à Gelves, propre, spacieuse. 5 minutes en voiture du métro et à proximité des commerces. Nous avons passés une super semaine. Tout correspondait avec la description faite de la maison. Nos hôtes étaient très réactifs.

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

Well equipped, quiet appartment, near grocery store, 15 minutes to city center. Alicia was utmost friendly, promt communication, which helped us to enjoy our stay in Sevilla. Janez

Logement très calme et spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Très lumineux et sans vis-à-vis. Il est dans le centre ville de Séville, près d'une gare de bus urbains, ce qui était important pour nous. Rue calme, avec des supermarchés et des bars sympas. Le seul point négatif est que le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit. Si l'on dort dans le salon, c'est gênant. On ne l'entend pas depuis la chambre.

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

We were delighted to discover this apartment located in the middle of everything! Walking distance to The Real Alcazar, Plaza Espana, Triana, as well as to the very authentic north side. Restaurants, bars, tapas are steps away, yet the apartment is amazingly quiet and private. Perfect getaway for 2!

We’ve been traveling through Europe for three weeks, and this was hands-down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in — not just in Spain, but across the whole trip. The location is perfect — right between old and new Seville, so it’s easy to explore both sides of the city. The space itself is beautiful: a historic building that’s been tastefully updated to feel modern, clean, and super comfortable. Great AC, strong Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water, and a spacious living area with comfy couches. Our host was fantastic — great communication, super responsive and even met us for a smooth check-in despite our late arrival. He also gave us some solid local recommendations that really enhanced our stay. The only small hiccup was that the washing machine wasn’t working during our visit, but the host was upfront about it and already had the part on the way — very apologetic and transparent, which we appreciated. Overall, an amazing stay. Would absolutely love to come back!
