The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? We've got you covered with a pack & play, high chair, beach toys, kiddo plates/utensils, books & art supplies. We look forward to hosting your next stay in Montecito.

Butterfly Beach Retreat

Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. W/D in the unit (detergent & dryer sheets) and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow 1 small/medium-sized dog under 45 pounds but ask that you give me the weight/breed before booking.

Hilltop Contemporary Ocean Views, 5 min to Beach

Newly remodeled, contemporary, hilltop home in Summerland Beach. 1,200 square feet of open concept living. New appliances with beautiful ocean views. Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms 1 with king bed, 1 with queen bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony. Downstairs studio (separate entrance) has 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer. The backyard has outdoor seating and BBQ. Less then 5 minute drive to Summerland Beach and downtown Summerland.
