We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

The Lamb Stone Cottage

Welcome to The Lamb Stone Cottage... Our quaint cottage is the perfect spot for a quick jaunt to nearby Hendry’s Beach (less than 2 miles away). Watch the sunset from our favorite view, the Douglas Family Preserve (even closer!). The views from Elings Park just around the corner, boast ocean and mountain view’s. Great for an early morning hike or sunset stroll. The nearby “Mesa” area has a gourmet market called Lazy Acres. We are happy to recommend our favorite restaurants, too!

You'll also have your own fenced yard and patio with outdoor amenities including a fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole game. Other features include high-speed wifi, satellite cable TV, beach gear, child-friendly accommodations, and longer stays are welcome!

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

This private studio offers a fully renovated 1bedroom, a renovated full bath, living room area and a kitchenette with all stainless steel appliances. Studio offers one covered parking spot for one car. Home is one mile away from Downtown and Beach. Perfect stay for a couple, not suitable for pets or kids. We are located in the heart of downtown so street noise can be heard during commuting hours
