The villa has an Old World vibe, but with modern amenities. It was a great place to stay and cook and dine. This was a nice location to base our Tuscany exploration from. The hosts helped facilitate a wonderful home cooked meal by Vilma upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. You will love this villa!

Tutto è andato benissimo. Posto veramente fantastico, ottima vista panoramica, vicinissimo a molte location e città come Volterra e San Gimignano. Alessio che ci attendeva all’arrivo è stato veramente gentile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli che hanno migliorato la qualità della nostra vacanza.

The Villa was a perfect 10. We were there for 6 weeks. We communicated with Alessandro before we arrived. He answered our many questions quickly. When we arrived at the villa, his brother, Enrico, was in charge of the villa. He met every one of our needs immediately! If we needed clean towels, a lighter for the grill, TV instructions (We always need them when we are in another country.), and many other little things, he would take care of our needs. A third brother, Marco, has a 9 passenger van. We hired him for 3 of the 6 weeks to take us all over Tuscany. Family and friends came at different times, and Marco was amazing. He was always on time and took us anywhere we wanted to go. The villa is very large so even with 8 people visiting, we weren’t in each other’s way. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining room was large and beautiful! The pool was just what we needed after a hot day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this villa ! It was our home away from home!

We felt right at home at this place. Beautifully designed and furnished with a nice backyard. A Tuscan villa located in a quiet neighborhood right at the gate of the historic town. Responsive and nice hosts. They even offered to make restaurant reservations for us. Would love to go back one day.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. We were a group of 7 friends and everyone was so delighted with Alberto’s place. The outdoor terrace is so wonderful. We went swimming in the pool. We cooked wonderful meals the kitchen was the best ever in a rental. So many pots and serving platters. There were linens for the table and beautiful candelabras and the grand table in the dining room was so beautiful. We are grateful we could stay here.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Tommaso is a fantastic host – very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and was always available for anything we needed. The villa itself is stunning and perfectly located for exploring the Tuscany region. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der überwältigend schönen Lazy Oak Villa, wunderbar ruhig in den toskanischen Hügeln liegend. Alessandro hat uns bestens in alles eingewiesen was man zur Villa wissen muss und Mario, sein Vater, war immer vor Ort, super herzlich und ist uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Valerie, Marios Hund, hat unser Herz in Sturm erobert. Wir werden wieder kommen ❤️!

Our stay near Impruneta was nothing short of magical. We were four adults and two teenagers, and the house was perfect for all of us — beautifully decorated, full of character, and surrounded by incredible landscaping. Natural light poured into every room, creating a warm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was ideal for exploring Tuscany. We took an easy day trip into Florence and ventured through the surrounding countryside, always happy to return to the tranquility of the house. There’s a calm and quiet here that’s hard to put into words. You can feel the care and intention in every corner of the home. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s a reflection of the host’s grace and warmth, and we left feeling deeply refreshed and grateful.

Magnifica residenza di campagna, grandi spazi maestosi e accoglienti. Abbiamo soggiorno in autunno e l'utilizzo delle stufe a pellet e delle pompe di calore è stato sufficiente per rendere caldi molti locali della casa. Assolutamente consigliato. Comodo per visitare Firenze e dintorni.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa. Alles was erg schoon en de keuken was ontzettend goed uitgerust. De host was altijd goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel. We zijn hier heerlijk tot rust gekomen en kregen een leuke tip om uit eten te gaan in het dorpje. Zeker een aanrader!

Nous avons très bien été reçu par Elisabetta et sa sœur. La maison est très agréable et le jardin arboré protège de la chaleur. Très belle piscine. La région du Chianti est superbe et la situation de la maison est idéale pour la sillonner. A proximité, le village de Panzano, bien que petit, offre toutes les commodités. un magnifique séjour. Das Haus von Paolo ist sehr süß geschnitten und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Paolo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet und wir hatten ansonsten unsere Ruhe und Privatsphäre obwohl weit zusammen auf dem wunderschönen Gelände wohnten. We had a wonderful week at Sergio's family's villa. Massimo met us with Sergio on our arrival and showed us around the villa. The villa is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside about 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Montevarchi which has a great selection of supermarkets including a huge Coop with the best cheese counter we have ever seen. Sergio's family gave us a great number of recommendations from restaurants to local sights etc. One restaurant we particularly liked was Le Mura del Cassero in Montevarchi. We had a couple of trips, one to Siena by car and another to Florence by train. Both very accessible. The pool at the villa is wonderful (Massimo checked it every morning before we even surfaced) and Sergio and Massimo were the kindest hosts. They gave us a huge fruit bowl, prosecco, beers, pastries, home produced olive oil and their own delicious wine...truly lovely generous people. We would definitely recommend this villa to others!

magnifique propriété, au milieu des oliviers et des vignes, dans un paysage typiquement toscan, calme et paisible. différentes terrasses disposées dans la propriété, piscine en surplomb sur une vue magnifique. Propriétaire très gentil et très accueillant qui essaiera toujours de vous comprendre et de se faire comprendre. Appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique aussi.

Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.
