Monte Testaccio : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Malgré les 2h de retard de notre avion et une arrivée plus que tardive, Matteo a été très flexible et notre arrivée s'est très bien passée ! Les conseils promulgués pour les transports (vers le centre ou l'aéroport) ont été très utiles ! Merci pour ce séjour :-)

I chose Villa Venere for its size and pricing. It turned out to be a lovely, sprawling home with warmth and comfort. Navigating amenities was a challenge but the host was helpful and responsive. I knew it was locates outside downton Rome but I was surprised to find it in a relatively isolated part of Rome's suburb. By that I mean, it was a significant distance to regular commercial activities. For it's price, it was a good deal but would ask anyone I recommend it to prepare to rent a car or at least have detailed bus maps.

The beautiful apartment was historical and cozy! The terrace was the best part and very well maintained. There’s a lift to this top floor apt which was helpful for transporting luggage and groceries. The property manager Maria met us at check-in and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as suggestions of what to do in the area. She was incredibly helpful and touched base throughout our stay to make sure that we were OK. Despite being in the middle of the city, the location was very quiet aside from the birds and the ringing of church bells (only once in the evening) which made a wonderful backdrop to cocktails on the terrace. Would definitely stay here again. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and Palentine ruins, a six minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and right next-door to the Pantheon. Highly recommend Andrea‘s place.

We stayed at Flaviana’s place with our three children aged 11, 9 and 6. The apartment was easy to find and Flaviana arranged a pick up from the airport for us. The apartment is lovely - the living area is bright and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very useful having the three en suite bathrooms. We loved that it felt like a safe residential area and the apartment was quiet at night time. The apartment is a little away from things but we still walked to lots of attractions - the Colosseum, forum, pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps - but there is also a super convenient metro stop just minutes away. We had coffee and pastries in the morning at Primo, just down the road, and a great first lunch at Buon Amici around the corner. Flaviana was helpful and responsive.

Le logement correspond à la description et se situe à 15 minutes à pieds des jardins de la villa Borghese. Celeste est disponible et accueillante. Elle nous a aidé de résoudre une situation très embetante. Nous recommandons +++

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questo alloggio durante il ponte del 1 maggio. l'appartamento è molto carino e ben arredato, la posizione è ottima in quanto vicinissima a piazzale Caravaggio da dove puoi raggiungere facilmente il centro di Roma. Alessandro è stato molto cordiale durante il nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Roma lo sceglieremo nuovamente.

El piso es muy bonito, tranquilo y puedes disfrutar un poco de naturaleza y aire libre . Daniela y su mamá han sido muy amables y resolutivas. Y el barrio es encantador con un poco de vida y muy gente local. Sin dudas lo recomendamos sobre todo para largas estadías ya que se descansa muy bien .

This stay was perfect for my family of 9 adults 🙌🏽 A modern, bright, spacious place in a historic building. The rooftop terrace was so fun to have to enjoy a drink at sunset and everything was new and convenient. Helpful electronic key and instructions about the house. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great wifi if you are a digital nomad. It felt like home for cooking a meal and was quietly away from the bustle of center Rome. The location was not bad for getting to sights of Rome — near Termini Station and a short Uber ride. Just great. They thought of everything!

El apartamento tiene un encanto especial. La ubicación es perfecta, y las terrazas le dan un toque espectacular. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y la decoración bohemia crea un ambiente muy acogedor. La atención de Vittorio fue excelente; además de ser muy atento, hablaba español, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación. The location is perfect, and the terraces add a spectacular touch. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and the bohemian decor creates a very cozy atmosphere. Vittorio’s attention was excellent; he was very kind, which made communication much easier. Definitely a great place to relax and feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again!

What a stunning home for a visit to Rome. I found myself noticing new pieces of artwork throughout our stay. It is a beautiful place in a great location extremely close to the forum. Mattresses are firm which was great and we appreciated the AC and the tips for local restaurants, etc.

I traveled with my family (big group) and we really enjoyed everything! The best part is the location, it is really near to every you want!

Heerlijk appartement met mooi terras en gezellige serre. Geweldig geleden in het levendige centrum van Trastevere. Wel heel licht ‘s ochtends doordat er niet alle ramen gordijnen hebben.

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Dank Andreas hat alles bestens und unkompliziert geklappt. Zusammen mit der tollen Wohnung in hervorragender Lage und dem bombastischen Wetter hatten wir eine herrliche Zeit in Rom. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay in Rome and in Michael’s apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, stylish, clean and in a fantastic location just 5 minutes walk to the Forum and Colosseum. The views are amazing from the terrace. There are many good restaurants on the doorstep. Isabella and Michael recommended a lit of good places to eat and visit. A highlight for us was the Vespa with side car ride at night. We can’t wait to come back.

Ap completo, muito agradável e com excelente localizacao. Próximo ao metrô, além de fácil acesso andando aos melhores pontos turísticos da Roma antiga. A anfitriã é muito educada, atenciosa e hospitaleira. Excelente opção. Recomendo.

Marina’s place in Rome is a great spot, near the Vatican! Marina was always very attentive and very nice host. She always assisted us with whatever we needed and I hope to stay again in her lovely apartment.
