Hamada is very decent, one I reserved the apartment he provided me with his contacts and shared the exact location. He contacted me the day before my arrival to notify of the unplanned utilities works in the building and offered an alternative very close apartment, which was a very clean one with amazing view. I requested to delay my check out for a couple of hours and he was very cooperative.

One of the best Airbnb I've stayed so far! (the apartment is absolutely huge for 4 adults, attentive to cleanliness - towels were sanitized and wrapped with plastics, along with complete amenities - hairdryer, and washing machine available to use. The apartment also feels like home - except this one with the Mediterranean Sea! ☺️ Daniel & Magdy were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. They prepared earplugs for us to sleep without distractions at night + inflatable pillows as compliments for us to use on our morning flight to Istanbul. Daniel was also very helpful in navigating us to dine in at one of the best breakfast + lunch spots in Alexandria. To sums up, they deserve a 5-star rating or more (if I could rate more). Definitely will come again and stay a bit longer in the future 💛

hosts are friendly and accommodating! the place is big and well-equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture. the view is to die for!!! location wise it's also quite convenient and check-in & check-out processes are also easy!! would recommend this place to others, and would book this place again if i get to go to alexandria again!!

Great location, right on the sea with a wonderful view from the balcony. Lots of space. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The staff in the building were very helpful and nice.

The apartment was great, with an amazing sea view. The WiFi worked well, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. The automatic washing machine was very convenient. The location was excellent—right next to the building entrance, there was a small grocery store, which was very handy. There were also many cafes nearby, and the sea was just a short walk away. Mr. Ahmed was very hospitable and always available to assist. Highly recommended!

Mariam is such a welcoming host. The minute I called to announce my arrival, I was well welcomed with a friendly admin and advised where to park and what to do. The apartment is super clean as described. The sheets and blankets were clean and smelled clean actually. Two toilets! Amazing view from the bedrooms and the living room. Spacious balkon right on the sea made my days interesting and peaceful. Totally recommended stay

The location on Airbnb is accurate, if you go there and let Hassan know, that you are there, he will find you easily. It is not a touristy neighbourhood, we only saw locals, which is nice and compared to Cairo, people don't bother you that much and are more laid back, only on the beach during the day time some kids will try to sell you stuff. Apartment was nice and clean, there is a security guy in the lobby. Good value and amazing view!

Great communication and we appreciate the flexibility with checking in. Our family of four enjoyed the apartment and the hospitality.

Great place and awesome clean pool. Pretty large yard to play football with kids or do other activities. Nice outdoor BBQ, and great lighting at night too. Overall highly recommended the only negative was that only 3 rooms have AC the rest don’t.

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

I had an incredible time staying at Bass Villa's beautiful home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a perfect trip. The location was ideal, and all the thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Bass was an exceptional host—quick to respond and super helpful with local tips. Karim is a very generous person who cares about every detail that could make your visit comfortable. You will find everything you need in the studio, it was really relaxing experience. there is a couple of restaurants there (but we didn't like them). and there is a supermarket nearby for your basic needs. We'll repeat our visit soon because of Karim's generosity.

I recently stayed in Alexandria for five days, and it was an incredible experience. Karim’s property is the right place to explore Alexandria. It’s clean, well furnished and huge. I recommend this place for every one needs to enjoy a vacation.

We spent 18 days at the apartment and enjoyed our time there from start to finish. All the team were very friendly and helpful, and we wanted for nothing. The view was amazing, peaceful, and all the apartment amenities were in good order and worked perfectly. Very happy with our stay there, and it’s on our list to return.
