We had a wonderful stay! Location is great, view is fabulous, very clean, the water pressure is heavenly! This was a great place to be able to relax and unwind with the multi level deck overlooking the lake!

Sarah was very helpful and communicated often and very responsive. All amenities were as described. Very private location and the pool was awesome. The home also offered quality cooking items and many of the spices, supplies, etc. needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. Highly recommend.

Awesome house - right on the lake with a huge yard. And a beautifully decorated interior with high end furniture. I would highly recommend the house and would like to stay there again!

If I could give it a 6 star I would. Amazing home in a beautiful location. If you enjoy being outside then this is the place for you. Neighbors were friendly, house was amazing and the location is unbeatable. If you’re going to Long Island, this is the place to stay. We didn’t get a chance to go but the downtown activities looked to be very fun and lively. We came up for a specific event but I would really consider coming back just to stay for a weekend. It’s spectacular.

I an so grateful that i found this airbnb to celebrate my birthday last minute. They were so easy to talk to especially with my birthday plans. The place was gorgeous especially with beautiful weather. I really wish we stayed longer with the warm weather and it was close to everything the town, the cute coffee shops, the pizza. There are truly so many words to express how much i love the place. I would definitely come back to visit conneticut again. Thank you to everyone who takes care of this beautiful home :)

This place is a gem! When we arrived the home was spotless and exactly as pictured. It seemed brand new and in excellent condition. The hosts were very kind and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine and left bottled water in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Our young kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool and we enjoyed exploring the rest of the picturesque property—so cool to see the wild turkeys walking around. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return one day!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Always enjoy my stay

Perfect place for our little family to stay while we visited my brother’s family. Easy to find, we were greeted by the host and even had some treats waiting inside. We had to cut our trip short due to my son getting sick, but would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at Kelly's before, and we keep coming back because it matches our vibes perfectly - quiet, private, and low-key. It's a great place to get away from the fast-paced city, and it's far enough removed from the center of Montauk that it really feels like you're the only ones there. Bonus - the stargazing in this part of the island is top-notch. You'd never expect that this close to the city. Check in and check out couldn't be easier.

Kimberly was a wonderful host. She promptly answered any questions we had concerning the reservation. She made sure our stay was comfortable. She even went above beyond by leaving complimentary snacks.

This might be the best place to stay in Montauk...so many things to walk to and you wake up right next to the water it's perfect. Westlake Marina is perfect if you want the real Montauk experience you can go fishing and a lot of other activities. The room feels brand new and really nicely done they even have heated floors! 10/10 would return

I loved staying at Walter’s place! It was safe for my kids, a nice big back yard! The house was clean, the instructions were clear. Overall it made my stay nice, safe and comfortable! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is adorable, very clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Has a warm "homey" feel from the moment you walk inside. Big windows with lots of natural sunlight and views of the beautiful lake and landscape. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and sitting outside. Robert was a gracious host... very friendly and had excellent communication throughout. We're very happy to have found this place and would definitely stay there again!

This was our 4th year staying here. It was perfect as always. Thank you to Deborah for sharing this wonderful cottage. It feels like our home away from home. The best sunsets can be seen from the deck!!!

Deb’s place was very peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the interesting decor and personal style. It felt like staying in your own bed and breakfast. There were so many places to relax, and the front and back porches were so welcoming. The location can’t be beat if you want to check out the local wineries, farmstands, and great restaurants. An easy walk across the street to Peconic Bay, you can see from the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Short ride to markets, farmstands, and Love Lane for shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Greenport.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage nestled in a private property, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The host went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering warm hospitality that made me feel truly welcomed. The cottage itself was exactly as depicted in the photos—cozy, clean, and full of character. Nestled in a serene setting, it provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway from the city. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the well-maintained amenities, contributed to a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. I highly recommend this lovely little cottage to anyone seeking a tranquil escape with a host who genuinely cares about their guests' experience.

My friends and I stayed at Richard's cottage for the long weekend (4th of July) and we had a blast. The view of the lake from the living room was amazing, and the place was cute (even cuter than the pics) and comfortable with everything we needed, we all had a great sleep since it's so peaceful around the area, and the beds were really comfortable same as the big sofa. The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us and our 2 pups. We enjoyed the sunset from the lake and went for a swim a couple of times, the water was delicious. Richard was very good at communicating; he was very responsive, he helps us with the beach essentials, provided guidance, and great recommendations around the area. We are already planning on returning and getting both cottages this time, hoping are available for our next trip!
