Gated property with secure parking, a fire pit next to the apartment and one more on the beach. 5 minute walk to the restaurants of Manglaralto and 15 minute walk on the beach to the nightlife of Montanita

Located in La Punta residential zone the best area of Montanita. Close walk to restaurants, surf schools, and yoga studios. Facing the surf point where you catch the best waves in town. The main strip/downtown with bars and clubs is just about a short walk (5 mins), far enough for a good night sleep.

Overlooking the ocean, you will witness amazing sunsets and enjoy the sound of birds, waves & quietness of nature. The beach is at walking distance and the mountain allows you to do biking, hikes or walks. Nightlife is only a few minutes away. You can find affordable restaurants, bars and clubs. Also can take paragliding and surf lessons, or go out to enjoy artisan pizza, tacos and churros
