Almost Heaven At Caney, LLC

Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Holly Harbor

Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

This newly renovated, spacious residence has all of the amenities that we feel one should be able to utilize as if this was Your home. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
