We spent an amazing week in the house of Kelly and Shane. The location on the waterfront is unbeatable and the house itself is super convenient, nicely remodeled and has a very cozy feel to it. We spent days in a row fishing from the dock, prepared our catch of the day on the bbq on the terrace, and caught shrimp at night which served as bait for the next day. There are great beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of day trips at hand if you wish to leave the property ;). Kelly and Shane are great hosts, with tons of tips - they clearly love the area and put great effort in the maintenance of the house and dock. They are super quick and easy in their communication and all three of us (me, husband and our 12 year old son) look forward to staying at their property again!

Victor was a lifesaver! When we couldn't get out of the Keys because wildfires had Highway 1 closed down, and there was not a single hotel room left in Key West, I quickly got on airbnb and found this lovely condo had a cancelation for the night. Victor responded very quickly and helped us get checked in for a very comfortable night after a 12-hour day of sitting on the highway in hopes of reaching Miami for our flight. This lovely condo offered us much-needed respite -- we were afraid we were facing hours of driving further back down the Keys only to find no rooms available. I wish we could have hung around and enjoyed more of the lovely grounds at this place!

We took our two small children on vacation here. It was such a perfect sized unit for our small family. There were beach towels, pool & beach toys for our kids, a scooter, etc. having the pool steps away was also so nice to have as an easy, close-by activity! Very very safe & friendly “neighbors”. They also had a pack n play. The only thing we wish they had was a highchair (kind of tricky with a 1 year old at a high top bar stool seating). But we knew that going into it! With it being a gated community, it felt very quiet and we often took strolls with the kids around the area and watched the sunset from the public patio by the water. There were grills to use, an outdoor shuffle board, & lots of fun local places to check out and/or eat at. We drove to key west a few days, which was just over an hour. Again, such a great location to be away from the hustle & bustle, but still be able to explore and check out all the neighboring keys as well. Benjamin was so helpful with any questions

Our family had a wonderful time here. The kids spent the day fishing off the dock, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful and spotless. Great location and comfortable house.

This was a great location! It was so close to grocery stores, fast food, and a perfect in between destination for traveling to either the Keys or to Miami. We enjoyed everything about the house, especially the beautiful back patio for our morning coffee, and the showers. Very family friendly for those with little ones :)

Great place to stay if you have a boat it’s a short run to get out to the ocean and you’re right at the end of the canal so you’re right there on the bay. Tons of good restaurants around even though they were quite expensive but then again you’re in the keys.

Very helpful every step of the way. Allowed me to leave my bag in the room at an earlier time so I can hit the town. Thank you

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Norma is a fantastic host, so helpful and friendly with lots of recommendations some of which we tried and loved. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed everything about it—the location was perfect, the pool was amazing, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. The hosts were so kind and flexible, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. I’m definitely saving this spot for the next time I visit Miami. Highly recommend!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!
