Monkton : locations de vacances

This cabin is definitely off the beaten path. If you're looking for a woodsy, outdoors vibe, this is definitely the choice. No big city hustle and bustle. Just a winding dirt road to a beautiful barn. Christine was responsive and clear about the amenities. Most nights, I just stood outside and looked at all the stars and breathed in the nighttime air. Thanks!

Such a serene space. Such a beautiful view. And so easy to get to from Shelburne and Burlington. We slept well and woke to sun streaming into the bedroom, enjoyed our morning coffee (even though it was too cold to sit outside), and came and went so easily.

Ellen and Jay were great hosts! They made sure we had enough wood pellets to keep the stove on and warm enough during the chilly November weather. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful. The property is stunning and the yurt was luxurious. We had a wonderful trip and cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Pete and Amanda’s. The house was as pictured/ described, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed- plus a great collection of CD’s. Driving directions are clear and Pete was very accommodating with our late check-in. The house is peaceful and tucked away, and we received great recommendations from our hosts on things to do.

An absolutely beautiful apartment with plenty of space and nice touches (coffee, tea, cream, milk, filtered water, kitchen items, bath items, etc.) and a welcoming host!

We had such a lovely stay! The views from the cabin were absolutely stunning and the house was cozy and comforting. There was a beautiful walking trail around the property that was perfect for getting fresh air and immersing yourself in the beautiful property. Would definitely come back!

Amy’s place offered us a wonderful, relaxing stay at Monkton, with its stunning view of the mountains and peaceful surroundings. The clean, nicely furnished apartment was lovely and cozy. Amy was a great host. She was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Thank You Amy for the delicious apple cake chunks.

A very responsive host, a charming town, and good value. Great skiing at Sugarbush, half an hour away.

Nous avons eu un très bon séjour chez Barry et Jenny ! La grange correspond exactement aux photos et les environnements sont plein de charmes. Tout est réuni pour un beau séjour à la campagne. L’arrivée s’est très bien passée et nos hôtes ont été très accueillants. L’entrée est indépendante de la maison principale. L’aménagement intérieur est de très bon gout et toutes les commodités sont présentes. La literie est très confortable et tout est très propre. Nous avons profité également du beau jardin et des alentours environnant. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur, lors d’un prochain séjour dans le Vermont. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil !
