With your stay, you have access to the entire lower level that is fully furnished. Includes separate bedroom, private bathroom, family room and small kitchenette. Pool available during the summer and hot tub all year long. Note, we are dog friendly home with one dog.

Welcome to our non-smoking home in a quiet neighborhood, offering tranquility and convenience. Enjoy air conditioning, and a walk-out basement leading to a backyard with a pool (12 Jun-30 Sep) and deck. Stay active in our home gym. Admire river views and explore nearby walking trails through the salt marsh. Not for parties. No smoking (additional cleaning cost of $200 if smoke smell needs to be removed). Noise level detection is installed so please keep the noise down.
