Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel; l’appartement est très bien équipé, parfait pour 3 adultes . L’environnement est très qualitatif, la piscine grande et agréable . La résidence est bien située avec un accès rapide à la marina. L’arrivée et la récupération des clés se sont parfaitement passé, l’équipe de l’accueil est très professionnelle. Miguel a été très réactif et à répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Bref , tout était optimum pour profiter d’Albufeira et de l’Algarve , région magnifique.

Die Kommunikation mit Mathieu verlief von Anfang an sehr freundlich, schnell und reibungslos. Check in und Check out erfolgten über die Rezeption der Anlage innerhalb weniger Augenblicke, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Apartment had everything you might need including a whole cupboard full of herbs and spices! Lovely pool, always loungers available by the pool - pool was never too busy despite a staying peak season. Easy (if you don’t mind steps) 10 minute walk to the Roman bridge. Would definitely stay again.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und gemütlich ausgestattet (alles da was man braucht). Die Anlage befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend und ist angenehm ruhig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, aber man kann problemlos an den Hafen oder Strand laufen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und haben viel gesehen. João ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit. Danke.

We had an amazing stay at João’s lovely home! The flat was spacious, clean and had two lovely balconies (one protected from the wind completely!). The location was also amazing - 2 minute walk from the beach and beside lovely restaurants. I would have no hesitation in returning!

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and tidy and an absolute pleasure to only be a few minute walk to the beach. The inside was spotless and very comfortable. I was a little concerned there was no air con but the shutters on the windows were amazing at keeping the whole apartment cool. Some clearer instructions on which building it was, the number and floor etc would have been great but they were really quick to reply to queries on this. A sticker on the cupboard where the washing machine was hidden (took us 2 days to find it) would be a great help and better sofa in the living area would be a great improvement (think this was a futon which wasn’t great as a seat). A clothes dryer was listed but we couldn’t find it. However, we loved our stay and would love to go back as the location and flat were perfect.

Ons verblijf was top! Toen onze vlucht werd geannuleerd, werden we uitstekend geholpen en konden we probleemloos een paar dagen verlengen. Ook voor de kinderen was het geweldig: een leuk zwembad en een top snackbar met veel keuze.

Great place to stay for a relaxing break. Apartment right next to pool so you don’t need to go looking for sun beds. Inside apartment was clean and has everything you need. Thank you Willem your communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

Great apartment, great location - in between Old Town and the ‘New Town’ strip. Huge supermarket (Continente) and shopping mall close by. Only 10min drive to Algarve Shopping. Very clean apartment, all of the amenities you need including Washer + Dryer. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse, die einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Lagunenlandschaft bietet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage, viele schöne Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

Eine absolute Empfehlung ! Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern dort. Man lebt zwischen einheimischen und das ist super toll, alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu erwähnen ist der freundliche Vermieter der Wohnung, der uns sogar portugiesischen Teilchen gebracht hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (außer Salz) ;) sogar Handtücher werden gestellt und dass reichlich. Super bequeme Betten und die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt im Sommer sehr erleichtert. Einmal die Woche kommt eine Putzfrau die alles saubermacht und die Bettwäsche wechselt. Kommuniziert wird über einen Messenger wo man immer direkt eine Antwort bekommt. Alles im ganzen sind wir alle sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 😌

My parents had a wonderful stay at Aquamar. The apartment was very well furnished and clean. The location is amazing. Very close to shops and restaurants in the marina yet in a quiet and peaceful area away from the crowds. Will definitely be back!

Antonio's place is fantastic. A great location, beach is 5 min stroll away, the pools in the complex are fantastic. The location is quiet with lovely restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket 5mins stroll away also. Antonio was great to respond and helpful with questions on the first day settling in. The apartment is spacious and very clean and comfortable and the area is very safe with 24hr security right across from the apartment. We will definitely be back again!
