Palms Reach, a lovely, characterful, weatherboard home, set amongst gum trees and palms, is in a very quiet street just a two minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to Avalon Beach, Careel Bay, Avalon shops, Cafes and Restaurants. Birdlife abounds...wake up to the sounds of kookaburras, magpies and lorrikeets. We have a 8 year old Labradoodle named George. Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update from September 2025 - The house next door is starting a knockdown/ rebuild so the studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.)
