This beautiful newly deluxe apartment has recently been extended and renovated and suitable for up to four guests. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a 500 php charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 pm there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

The house lies inside a s subdivision with a guard 24/7. Modern style house with just a short walk to Panagsama with its restaurants, bars and dive shops. Short tricycle ride to the famous white beach. Perfect base camp for canyoneering, trekking, island hopping, whale shark watching, snorkelling, diving etc.
