Laa Casa - cosy house - 800m from the thermal spa

Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Pred pár rokmi sme kúpili pozemok so starým domčekom v Skalici.Domček sme postupne zbúrali a postavili sme novostavbu so zachovaním pôvodného rázu. Domček sa nachádza v historickej časti mesta.Rozhodli sme sa ho poskytnúť na ubytovanie pre všetkých,ktorí túžia spoznávať krásy Skalice a širokého okolia.Skalica Vás okúzli svojimi historickými pamiatkami ,poteší vínkom v skalických vinohradníckych búdach.Tešíme sa na každého hosťa,ktorý k nám zavíta a veríme,že bude u nás spokojný.Rod.Košíková

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Historical Farmhouse

Our stylish country home is perfect for group trips and family gatherings. Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th and 19th century furnishings. In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings.

Apartment in Zentrumnähe, zu Fuß sind in wenigen Minuten auch zahlreiche Wanderwege durch die Weingärten erreichbar! Es gibt auch sehr schöne Radwege (Radverleih zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen). Gegen Aufpreis steht auch eine lange Kellerröhre für Feiern zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch einen Seminarraum im Haus! Frühstücksmöglichkeit gegenüber (Eisenhuthaus oder Bäckerei Bauer). Unser altes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus liegt in Burgschleinitz, einem hübschen Dorf mit mittelalterlicher Wasserburg, romanischer Kirche, gotischem Karner und viel Natur zwischen Wald- und Weinviertel nahe Eggenburg. Notre chalet est situé au sein du complexe Lednice-Valtice, inscrit au Patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO et célèbre pour ses vins, les châteaux et la nature. Le chalet est à la périphérie du village, entouré de vignes, sur la route des vins populaire, pourtant à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre de Valtice, où vous pouvez trouver des cafés, des bars à vin et restaurants.

Das Haus welches aus dem 70er Jahren stammt wurde im Jahre 2020 komplett mit viel Liebe und Geschmack modernisiert und erneuert. Ladendorf liegt im Herzen des Weinviertels ca 8 Km von der Bezirkshauptstadt Mistelbach und ca. 35 km nördlich von Wien entfernt.
