If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

We found the Treasure House a true Treasure. It was clean and smelled fresh. We felt very comfortable just like we were home. Enjoyed entertaining family and having a kitchen to fix meals in for everyone. The parking was perfect. We also brought our new E Bikes to try out and enjoyed riding out to Baker Island and then around town. We will certainly book with Andrew and Ibeth again when in town.

This is the 2nd time we've gotten a Rosebud property and, as always, never disappointed!! Will be back again, soon!!!

Cynthia’s place was clean, peaceful, and stocked with everything we needed for our family’s North Shore adventure! The surroundings were so beautiful and we felt right at home during our stay. The sauna was a wonderful treat as well! I would highly recommend her place to others and hope to be back again soon!

Great little place! Love the older feel. It was decorated well, stocked with everything we may have needed and Hot tub was SO nice. The queen bed was comfy as well. Thank you guys!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The house was spotless and felt very clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We used the jet tub every day, but take note that it takes about an hour and a half to fill up! And I had forgotten my shampoo/conditioner at home and realized too late that there was nothing at the house. So make sure to pack your own! Overall, it was the perfect place to escape with my family! A quiet, cozy getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Our kids were already asking when we’re coming back as we pulled out of the driveway:)

Ron & Emily made sure we were comfortable and were very friendly! They had a sign out front with my name on it and a separate entrance for easy access to the lodge. They also had the fire going for our arrival which was nice. They give wonderful recommendations for site seeing and the tv has a casting feature which is nice if you want to stream your own Netflix. The property itself is cozy and peaceful to walk around, I especially love the boat house! Inside the lodge you get a view of the pond and trees with a peakaboo of mountains in the back giving a feeling a serenity. There are games and a book set, if one is interested in the works of Kant and Descartes lol Overall, they checked in to make sure we had all we needed to make it memorable and I will definitely keep Ron &Emily in mind whenever I decide to come back!

Great host! I was in town (with team of four) for a conference and had an excellent time exploring Denver, thanks to the host’s wonderful recommendations. Place was excellent to stay. Communication was clear and timely.

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Very well kept and beautiful home. It felt very peaceful and comfortable. We loved staying in mount pleasant where we could be close to a lot of our extended family during a hard time. Great area.

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Sue’s place felt private but within walking distance to everything in the area. It was clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again!

I was worried about opening the pool cover, messaged Stan and he went and opened for us within minutes. The kids loved the pool, I liked having the washer and dryer to handle the swimsuits.

My husband and I decided to take a last minute weekend get away in Winter Park. Nicole was able to accommodate our late booking and we were so thankful! The place was so clean and cozy. It was so close to town and the mountain.

We loved the location in a walkable distance to the Walking Mall. The accommodation was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Place was nice, had a small hiccup on check in but Michael got it sorted out right away!

Staying at Subhi’s home was great! Very beautiful, spacious and cozy home. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this one was definitely my favorite, had zero inconveniences and was very close to downtown! Would definitely recommend :)

Great people. We had a swift check-in and were welcomed by a beautiful space that provides absolute privacy. Could have been better if it was warm so you can enjoy the enormous space around the property. Can be suitable for retreats, intimate wedding venue.

I made a trip to Montana to visit old friends that I had not seen in 8 years. We had a spectacular view from the front porch and saw some wildlife-- deer, magpies, red-tailed hawks. We heard some coyotes in the distance a few times. The house was SPOTLESS and very spacious. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable at Karen's place.

Smooth vacation with no problems and nice space

I’ve stayed here several times and always comfortable.

Our second stay here and we will be back on our next Colorado Springs trip.
