Vi hadde et flott opphold hos Marco og vennen hans. Vi ble godt tatt imot av Sajeeva, som var veldig gjestfri. Han ga oss fine tips og var alltid i nærheten dersom det skulle være noe. Rommene var flotte, og interiøret var veldig gjennomført. Barna elsket stedet og følte seg veldig trygge. Det beste med oppholdet var at vi bidro til det flotte prosjektet de driver. Jeg synes det er helt fantastisk at de gir barn muligheten til å gå på skole. Jeg kommer helt klart tilbake og ønsker å følge med på utviklingen av skolen og den nye kaféen. Jeg håper dere setter opp en innsamlingsaksjon hvor folk kan bidra. Takk for oss😊

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Fotos – sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden. Besonders gefallen hat mir Zugang zum Strand. Raj war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders die beiden Haushälter/innen waren grandios. Die waren so freundlich und haben einen tollen Service angeboten. Vielen Dank nochmal an Mani & Kawshika Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen – vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

We (family of four with young kids) came across this house and loved it, but it didn’t have a bed for our one year old daughter, so we sent Vic a message and he went out of his way to find one. Great start! When we got there, the house was even better than the pictures give away: private villa on the quiet outskirts of Ahangama, but a five minute tuk tuk ride will get you to the town’s centre where all the restaurants and such are. Modern bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, nice kitchen and living room, beautiful pool, huge patio with a roof over it, monkeys in the trees in the morning etc. etc. I contacted Vic several times during our stay and always got quick replies with great advice - places to eat, tuk tuk drivers, surf coach and places to see. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again myself some day!

Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit. Der Garten ist riesig und das Haus war sauber und wir hatten ganz viel Platz als Familie. Zu Fuß kann man die Umgebung erkunden. Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand lässt sich zu Fuß erkunden. Eine tolle Nachbarschaft und vor allem eine sehr ruhige. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Familie hat uns sogar morgens Frühstück gemacht, das unglaublich lecker war. Wir sind sehr traurig gehen zu müssen und behalten das Haus in schöner Erinnerung . Bis bald , Anna und Tim

Incroyable séjour chez Till et Claire. Un couple adorable qui a été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous étions 6 voyageuses et avons été extrêmement confortable dans leur logement avec air conditionné et salle de bains dans toutes les chambres. L’espace extérieur est magnifique. Ils ont aussi été flexibles avec nous pour le Check out. 100% recomendable

Beautiful villa with abundant space, verandah-style living, a great pool, and spotlessly clean. A short tuk-tuk ride away from Galle Fort and 10 minutes to the beaches of Unawatuna. The villa itself whilst in quite a busy part, enables a highly peaceful and relaxing holiday. We spent just over a week there and the caretaker (Fayas) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and the chef (Rizwan) cooked us numerous and varied breakfasts, allowing us to sample delicious traditional food we’d not had before. Check in and out during very early morning due to flight times were also accommodated. Overall we had a great holiday at the villa and would highly recommend.

Excellent Staff! Very well maintained premises, neat and clean but the highlight has to be the staff. The host was very prompt and helpful, prior to and throughout the stay. A little out of the way and secluded.Not much to do around the property, but that's why we loved it. Better with your own vehicle for transport. Pls do get the staff to prepare your meals, the best food we had on our trip to SL. Would definitely stay at pineapple Villa on my next trip to SL. Thank you Tushari, Hema and Randini.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic time at this villa! The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The ambiance was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch. Chef Sammy’s food was superb! Very accommodating and he catered to our requirement without a hesitation and Thari was so helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience!

Met vriendinnen hebben wij hier 5 nachten geslapen! Ruime villa met goede bedden en mooie badkamers. Daarnaast kon er elke dag naar wens ontbijt gemaakt worden en diner was ook mogelijk, altijd erg smaakvol. Alles was makkelijk te lopen, restaurants en winkeltjes. Daarnaast was iedereen erg behulpzaam.

Very difficult to put into words how wonderful the villa is. Very easy to find, great welcome, kitchen well stocked. 3 big bedrooms; 2 with outside showers. The housekeepers really make the stay. They prepare breakfast each morning to be eaten outside by the pool. They will also cook dinner if required, which, frankly was the best food we ate in Sri Lanka. The pool is lovely and in shade. In fact I’d say the property and experience is better than described. 10 mins by the gardeners tuk tuk to Mirissa Beach and restaurants. Thank you!

Awesome place. The host is very helpful and can organize anything you need like scooter etc. nice location just off the main road. Bed comfortable and the AC works well. Really great experience

We had a great time at Raki’s place. It was a nice and peaceful villa located at a secluded place. We loved the swimming pool, the privacy and also the cozy rooms. The staff including Isuru were responsive and friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended, specially for group stays.

We were 2 couples travelling together. Sashike & his beautiful wife welcomed us. Fabulous villa walking distance to some lovely restaurants. We got a Tuk Tuk to turtle beach in Talpe around 5 mins away - get there just after 9am to feed these gorgeous creatures. Would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bianca's place. Everything was so easy and the place is amazing. Bianca and her team were very good communicators and responsive. We spent a lot of time walking on the beach and swimming in the pool and exploring the area along the coast, which was exactly what we wanted (and one big highlight of our trip!) The breakfast provided was great - fresh fruit especially! And we also used the laundry here, which was easy and really nice. We tried many of the restaurants nearby and had a good experience - delicious food! We would love to come back here on our next visit to Sri Lanka. High recommend!

Het is een magisch plekje om helemaal tot rust te komen. Je kan op avontuur in eigen tuin, we hebben meerdere prachtige foto’s kunnen maken van de wildlife wat er is. Iedere avond tijdens schemering zagen we de vleerhonden wakker worden en over ons heen vliegen. Voor liefhebbers van de schoonheid van de natuur ben je hier op de goeie plek. Het eten is fantastisch zowel ontbijt als avond eten. Ook staan er 2 leuke fietsen om de omgeving te verkennen. Niet twijfelen, boeken en genieten!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier! Die Unterkunft und das Gelände sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt! Die Cabana ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet mit AC und wir haben das Außenbad so geliebt! Der Blick ins Grüne ist unglaublich schön und wir konnten viele Tiere sehen wie Affen, Pfauen, Vögel und Streifenhörnchen. Die Geräuschkulisse ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Sie waren stets als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung und gaben uns viele gute und hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung und ganz Sri Lanka. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen, was sie für uns zubereiteten war so lecker und frisch und sie gingen auf unsere Wünsche ein. Wir haben uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt und jede Sekunde hier geliebt. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein versteckter Diamant. Wir legen jedem diese Unterkunft ans Herz! Vielen Dank für alles!

Diese Unterkunft war unser absolutes Highlight in jeglicher Hinsicht. Nicht nur, dass sie unsere hohen Erwartungen bei weitem Übertroffen hat, auch der Gastgeber Duminda, genannt Dudu ist ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Die Chemie hat von Anfang an gestimmt. Dudu ist ein äußert empathischer zuvorkommender Mensch, war allzeit zur Stelle und konnte uns viele wertvolle Tipps geben. Die vielen Tipps und Informationen zu Land und Leuten sowie zur Historie Sri Lankas waren äußert profund und wertvoll. Er fuhr uns täglich mit seinem Tuk Tuk wohin wir wollten und holte uns auch wieder ab. Auch bei einer Erkrankung zeigte er sich absolut fürsorglich empfohl uns die besten Ärzte und Apotheken und fuhr uns sogar zu einer ayurvedischen Professorin um Medikamte gegen Dengue-Fieber zu besorgen. Das Ambiente der Cabanas ist sehr geschmackvoll umgeben von einem wundervollen Garten der wie ein Biotop wirkt. Wir konnten allerlei Tiere und Pflanzen beobachten, die wir zu vor noch nie gesehen haben.

Отдыхали с 31 апреля по 16 марта. Договорились с хозяином о трансфере из аэропорта за честную цену и так же трансфер обратно. Жилье очень комфортное, определенно стоит своих денег, хозяин очень приветливы, угощал фруктами и приглашал на традиционный завтрак. Вокруг вас будут жить много обезьянок, разнообразных птичек и милые белки 🐿️ Обезьяны ни разу не заходили на нашу территорию так как пугливые но наблюдать за ними со стороны одно удовольствие. В безопасности жилья можно быть абсолютно спокойным. Так же к нам приезжали друзья и дом рассчитан чтобы принять 4 человека но без ночевой так как кондиционер только в одной спальне а остальное помещение охлаждают вентиляторы. Кухня большая просторная с плитой, блендером, рисоваркой и всем необходимым если захочется готовить самим. Душевая с туалетом большая и просторная. Так же хозяин предлагает экскурсию в Эллу и может отвезти вас туда на своей машине за хороший прайс. А на 3 этаже вас ждут 2 шезлонга и потрясающий вид на звездное небо 🌌

Shamila wasn't present personally but he ensured all the things are in place :) His mother was very helpful and considerate. We used the utensils and tried to make as less dirty as possible :P Location is spot on, away from hustle-bustle of the town and close to the bus stop. We will recommend the stay for all our friends :)

Im Garden Grove haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön. Ein Highlight war auf jeden Fall der kleine Garten und die Outdoor Küche, die wirklich gut ausgestattet ist- es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, wir wurden direkt mit Getränken empfangen und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Etwas schade war leider das Ende unseres Aufenthalts- uns wurde von den Besitzern angeboten, dass sie uns mit dem Tuktuk zur Bushaltestelle bringen können, dafür wurde dann leider am Ende viel Geld verlangt (wir sind die Strecke am Tag zuvor bereits schonmal mit einem anderen Tuktuk gefahren und haben plötzlich mehr als 3x so viel Geld zahlen müssen)- das hat uns etwas enttäuscht nach unserem schönen Aufenthalt! Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

It was a perfect stay! House is very spacious , AC is working well, you will find plenty of utensils in the kitchen. There are comfortable two bathrooms to use with friendly baby gecko to help with mosquitoes 🥺 within the walking distance you can find serene beaches and good places to eat. Host was caring and welcomed us with lots of freshly picked bananas, not to mention about great feast he made for us one evening, he is a great Chef!

We had an amazing stay at Ivy Beach Villa with our group of 12 people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food at the villa's restaurant was absolutely delicious—every meal was a highlight of our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. They assisted us with transfers, organised trips, and gave great recommendations on what to do in the city and whom to trust. One of the things we appreciated the most was how safe we felt. We often left doors open, even at night, and never had any issues. Our belongings were completely secure throughout the stay. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience. The staff played a huge role in making our vacation truly enjoyable, and we are very grateful for their hospitality. Highly recommended!
