Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.

New 1BR, beautiful view, Gulf-facing; across the street from the beach rental as of 12 Jun 2020. Previous owners lived in it. I plan on using it as my office when it is not rented as I live nearby.
