Stan was incredibly responsive. He answered immediately when we had some issues checking in. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

The listing is in a great location, walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and up to date. No complaints.

It was home away from home from the moment we walked in--peaceful, comfortable, light and airy, open floor plan, tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Rajvir is always an amazing host and we were fortunate to stay in one of her places again. The neighborhood is perfect for walking with gorgeous landscaping and the on site work out facility is an added bonus.

Just enough space for two people to feel at home. Vidal provided clear instructions for check in/out and was very responsive. Great views too.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. wir waren zu 5 und hatten genügend Platz. 1 minute vom Strand entfernt . Jordan hat auf Fragen gleich geantwortet , und wenn etwas ausgegangen ist hat er es gleich wieder besorgt. wir waren sehr zufrieden. das einzige was nicht so schön war, dafür kann aber Jordan nix sind die Obermieter die abends sehr getrammpel haben und gesaugt. aber sonst Top Unterkunft.

Fantastic location- walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, beach, Santa Monica pier. Great communication and very clear instructions. Check in and check out was very easy. It’s an older building but well maintained. Could use some extra towels and waters for the apartment so provided that feedback which they appreciated and were very responsive to. Great hosts. Would stay here again and recommend!

Kate was easy to talk to and organise our stay for a family holiday. We loved how close we were to local attractions and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Lovely penthouse with everything you need.

Our group loved this Airbnb! Michael was very accommodating of our last minute booking and the home itself is gorgeous and very thoughtfully laid out. Easy parking and proximity to State Street made the location perfect for our group.

I absolutely loved this place. It didn’t feel like a normal Airbnb… It felt more like going to someone’s home… And a really nice one… Maybe one that I’ve been in the family for years. Robert answered all her questions about where to find a good market close by etc. responded right away. The only thing I would add is to include a paper print out at the Airbnb of all the instructions for those of us who don’t fit like online reading the tiny print on computers Just a thought.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

Very nice cozy stay! Backyard is beautiful! All the beds were very comfortable!! Love that we were able to walk to the beach!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Some of the things that make this place top on my list, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Each floor has a bedroom and it's not easy to hear commotion from a different floor which was a plus for us since my daughter took her babies and the rest of us were not awakened by crying. The third floor has a bedroom and bathroom that is very spacious and beautiful. The place was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. I am a germophobe and felt comfortable enough to cook here, which I rarely do. Furniture seems brand new and well taken care of. There is a driveway with parking for two cars. Matthew responded in a timely manner to my questions. It was a very nice and comfortable stay!

This home is beautiful and served as the perfect sanctuary for my best friends to have a weekend together. They were really accommodating for all my requests and are very responsive.

We loved staying at Amber’s place. It’s beautiful and completely remodeled and free of clutter. Location is great, plenty of street parking and also private yard parking. Furniture was well-appointed and the design was on point. We had a mishap with the towels but Amber and Cameron quickly had it remedied.

Our stay at this magical mountain cabin in Malibu was absolutely enchanting—a truly magical experience out of a dream with history to match. Whitney was a gracious, attentive, and truly exceptional host, and the cabin itself was immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about this charming home. The crisp air and chirping birds, including a beautiful surprise of either a Western Bluebird or California Scrub Jay, felt like they were part of a carefully orchestrated performance, adding to the magic of the experience. 💙 The sheets were luxuriously soft, and the clean, eco-friendly soaps and detergents were a thoughtful touch. Driving up above the clouds set the tone for a truly magical experience. The well-stocked, health-conscious kitchen and pantry, which felt like home, made everything so convenient, and the breathtaking views were soul-soothing. This is an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating escape.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

I’ve stayed at a few places within this apartment complex in Westwood and this one was the nicest in terms of furnishings and little extras. Great hosts as well. Highly recommend. I’ll be coming back as I do a lot of business in LA and travel here frequently

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Nice, spacious comfortable place to stay that is well-located on the west side of LA / near the 405. Apartment was large and comfortable and the 2 bedrooms were both very nice and workable for me and my friend who stayed there together. A quiet building with ample parking. Light sleepers wishing to sleep late should know that there seems to be an active child in the apartment above so you might hear some running around in the morning, but this didn't bother us. Overall a really wonderful, comfortable place to stay. Thanks for sharing your apartment with us!
