Awesome location, responsive and helpful hosts! We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in Martha's home for 2 nights and it was a great place. The neighborhood was beautiful, and walkable to restaurants and groceries. It was peaceful and comfortable and we would definitely return for another stay. Martha was also very helpful after we had checked out, notifying us that we'd left something behind. She secured it for us until our daughter, who lives in Charlotte, could pick it up. 5 stars!

The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed and that the home was furnished with quality items. We enjoyed the kayaks, puzzles, and fire pit and spent a lot of time enjoying the lake from the screened-in porch. The sloping lot did not give us any issues. It’s much more manageable than most of the mountain homes we’ve stayed at. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation.

Terra was super responsive, but we really didn’t need much, everything was set up wonderfully. Being able to rent the water toys was such an amazing addition. We will definitely stay here again when we have another family reunion!

This was the perfect little place for our weekend get away to celebrate a birthday. Pretty close to everything, lovely back yard area.

Wish I could give it more stars, beautiful place with a beautiful view and great hosts who have thought of everything! The technology in their home is amazing! Thank you guys for the rental!

The house had almost everything we could have wanted. Our time here was spent looking out over the river as the sun rose on our table. We played in the game room and chilled in the jacuzzi. And at the end each day we took long hot showers and went to sleep in soft beds. The host, Jayme was great and very responsive. We would stay here again.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Absolutely magical! This lake house exceeded all our expectations and offered the perfect blend of adventure and serenity. The kitchen was a dream: spacious, beautifully equipped, and ideal for gathering and cooking together. We especially loved the screened-in porch, where we enjoyed peaceful mornings with coffee and evenings filled with conversations. The double decks right on the water made every moment feel like a postcard. The fire pit at the water was also a favorite gathering spot. The pedal boat, kayaks, and jacuzzi added so much fun and relaxation to our stay. We loved paddling around the lake by day and unwinding in the hot tub under the moonlight. Though the access road was a bit steep and winding (just take it slow!), the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in total calm. Zen is the perfect word. And being just 12 minutes from a grocery store was very convenient. Highly recommend.
